背景技术
沼气是有机物质如秸秆、杂草、人畜粪便等加入沼气池中密封发酵而产生的气体,是一种清洁型能源,沼气的使用减少了由于燃煤或燃油对环境造成的危害。农村家用沼气池生产的沼气主要用来做生活燃料,使用方便、价格便宜,在广大农村有较好的基础和市场。市场上现有的玻璃钢沼气池大多是单层外壳,在北方寒冷的季节无法正常使用,容易造成池体冻裂等现象。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种在低温环境下能够正常使用的玻璃钢保温型沼气池
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的采用如下技术方案:
一种玻璃钢保温型沼气池,包括池体、进料口和出料口,所述池体由上池体和下池体组成,所述进料口和出料口位于上池体上,下池体内设有加热装置,所述加热装置是导热管,该导热管的进口端与出口端分别与太阳能热水器下水管和上水管相连。
所述加热装置是加热管,该加热管位于下池体内的下部,其电源输入端通过导线与太阳能电池相连。
采用上述技术方案的玻璃钢保温型沼气池,结构简单,装卸方便,增加了加热装置后本实用新型能够在低温环境正常产气,尤其在北方寒冷地区仍能正常使用,避免了因低温将壳体冻裂。

实施例1:如图1所示的玻璃钢保温型沼气池,包括池体、进料口1和出料口3,所述池体由上池体2和下池体4组成,所述进料口1和出料口3位于上池体2上,下池体2内设有加热装置。所述加热装置是导热管4,该导热管4的进口端与出口端分别与太阳能热水器5下水管和上水管相连。
实施例2:如图2所示的玻璃钢保温型沼气池,本实施例的结构与实施例1基本相同,其不同之处是:所述加热装置是加热管6,该加热管6位于下池体2内的下部,其电源输入端通过导线与太阳能电池7相连。
