背景技术
链条刮板取料机主要用于散状物料的取料作业，取料机上的取料机构主要包括链条，链条安装在机架上并接驱动机构，在链条上安装有多个间距相等的刮板。作业时链条带动刮板移动，通过刮板刮取物料，将物料刮至漏斗，再经输送设备输送。现有的刮板正面即刮料一侧面为与链条移动方向相垂直的直面，作业过程中阻力较大，消耗动力，浪费能源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种减少刮板阻力、动力消耗少、节能、刮料效率高的倾角式链条刮板取料机构，克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的倾角式链条刮板取料机构，包括链条，在链条上间隔设置有多个刮板，所述的刮板的刮料面自下至上有倾角B，所述的倾角B为10°～15°。
本实用新型的倾角式链条刮板取料机构，由于刮板正面有倾角B，刮料时减小阻力，同时也减少了动力的消耗，节约了能源。

具体实施方式
1为安装在机架上且与动力机构相接的链条，2为通过螺栓固定在链条上的多个间距相等的刮板，在刮板的正面即刮料面3自下至上有倾角B，倾角B的度数为10°或11°或12°或13°或14°或15°，即在10°～15°之间均可。
