本实用新型涉及一种蜂窝式换热器,包括换热器芯体和位于其中的介质管路,所述的芯体开设有至少两条通道,所述介质管路位于通道内。通道分为用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路两部分;用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路分别穿过所述通道。用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路在通道出口端通过U型管首尾连接并相通。本实用新型提供了一种新型的蜂窝式换热器,其具有耐压,结构紧凑,换热效率高,易于加工等特点,特别适用于小型二氧化碳制冷-热泵循环。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种换热器,尤其涉及一种在二氧化碳制冷热泵循环回热过程中的换热器。 
背景技术
二氧化碳制冷-热泵循环的回热过程广泛地应用于实际应用中,但目前较多回热器均采用传统的板式换热器、套管式换热器等,这些换热器功率普遍较大,一般厂家提供5kW以上的换热器,并不适合较5kW以下的换热量需求;此外,生产上述换热器需要专门的磨具才能加工与成型,初起设备投入非常大,因而对专业厂家的依赖性较大。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种新型的蜂窝式换热器,其具有耐压,结构紧凑,换热效率高,易于加工等特点,特别适用于小型二氧化碳制冷-热泵循环。 
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种蜂窝式换热器,包括换热器芯体和位于其中的介质管路,所述的芯体开设有至少两条通道,所述介质管路位于通道内。 
一种蜂窝式换热器,所述的通道分为用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路两部分;用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路分别穿过所述通道。 
一种蜂窝式换热器,所述的芯体为长方体,截面为正方形。 
一种蜂窝式换热器,所述的用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路在通道出口端通过U型管首尾连接并相通。 
本发明的有益效果体现在: 
1)结构紧凑,整体性好,容易安装布置,所占空间小。小换热量的设备往往安装在较有限的空间体积内,目前市面上的换热其普遍偏大,该换热 器可以很好的解决这一矛盾。 
2)冷热介质接触充分,换热面积大,安全性能好,换热效果优于管-管接触式的换热。由于二氧化碳空调的高压潜在危险,很多换热器厂家设计了管-管相互接触的换热器,这类换热器虽然安全性能好,但是换热面积大大受限。较管-管接触式换热器,该换热器不但安全性能更好,也大幅增大了换热面积,性能明显优于上述换热器。 
3)工艺简单,容易加工生产。小换热量换热器通常难于购买,普通加工设备又无法生产套管,壳管,板式换热器等。该换热器的工艺性要求较低,可以很好的解决这一矛盾,易于推广。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,区别于传统的换热器,本换热器芯体1为一块开了十二孔的长方体金属铜整体,工艺性好,结构紧凑并且耐压可靠。可在二氧化碳跨临界循环15Mpa的压力下正常工作。长方体的截面为正方形,六孔为冷介质流道2,六孔为热介质流道3。冷热介质通过铜壁换热,达到回热目的。 
如图3所示,换热芯体1中冷介质流道2通过U型管4连接到一起,热介质流道3通过U型管6连接到一起,从而构成了冷热介质的两种流道,具体流向参照图2的换热器截面冷热介质流向图。如图3,上侧直通管7为换热器冷介质入口,下侧直通管7则为冷介质出口;上侧直通管5为换热器热介质入口,下侧直通管5则为热介质出口。 
结合附图,下面叙述蜂窝式换热器工作过程。如图3,冷介质通过上侧直通管5进入冷介质流道2;冷介质通过实线方向流通完整个冷介质流道2,通过下侧直通管7流出换热器。同理,热介质通过上侧直通管5进入热介质流道3;热 介质通过虚线方向流通完整个热介质流道3,通过下侧直通管7流出换热器。冷热介质流完行程通过换热芯体1完成换热。

1.一种蜂窝式换热器,包括换热器芯体和位于其中的介质管路,其特征在于所述的芯体开设有至少两条通道,所述介质管路位于通道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝式换热器,其特征在于所述的通道分为用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路两部分;用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路分别穿过所述通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝式换热器,其特征在于所述的芯体为长方体,截面为正方形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种蜂窝式换热器,其特征在于所述的用于冷介质流动的管路和用于热介质流动的管路在通道出口端通过U型管首尾连接并相通。
