技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种进出水管组件，具体的说是一种适用于太阳能热水器中连接胆体内部和外部进出水管的零组件。 
背景技术
目前，随着太阳能热水器智能化水平的提高以及质量的不断升级，以及节能减碳的需求，太阳能热水器的市场在不断扩大。 
现有的阳能热水器进出水管组件，包括不锈钢进出水管、密封圈、固定垫片、弹簧卡子等。 
上述的水管组件虽然连接牢固，使用可靠，但组装繁琐，特别是由于不锈钢进出水管需要二次加工，成本高。开发一种安装方便，成本低的进出水管的零组件具有重要意义。 
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、安装方便、、成本低、保温效果好、使用寿命长的太阳能热水器进出水管组件。 
为解决上述技术及成本问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种太阳能热水器进出水管组件，其包括包括塑料进出水管、橡胶密封件，所述连接橡胶密封件的塑料进出水管一端设有一限制橡胶密封件沿轴向滑动的台阶阻挡部，另一端为为管螺纹，与外部的进出水管连接，所述塑料进出水管上还设置弹性塑料挡片，在台阶阻挡部与弹性塑料挡片之间设置橡胶密封件。 
上述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，所述台阶阻挡部为与塑料进出水管一体结构，所述塑料进出水管上还设有与弹性塑料挡片相配合的卡槽。 
上述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，所述弹性塑料挡片包括一圆环形本体及与塑料进出水管连接的圆孔，该圆孔与所述塑料进出水管上设置的卡槽卡接，所述圆环形本体沿直径方向开有与该圆环形本体宽度相同的通口，所述圆孔直径小于塑料进出水管直径。 
上述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，所述通口两侧的圆环形本体上设置可控制该圆环形本体张弛的操作孔。 
上述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，所述弹性塑料挡片以尼龙塑料制成；所述橡胶密封件以硅橡胶材料制成。 
本实用新型太阳能热水器进出水管组件的优点是：是用高性能塑料进出水管替代不锈钢进出水管，注塑成型，不用二次加工，而且生产效率高，成本低。通过设置在塑料进出水管一端一体化的台阶阻挡部，取消了原来金属固定片，减少一个零件，降低成本也便于安装。 弹性塑料挡片一个零件取代了原来的金属固定片和弹簧卡子，降低成本也便于安装。总之，本实用新型太阳能热水器进出水管组件与现在的产品比，具有成本低，安装方便。保温效果好，减少热量损失的优点。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明； 
如图1、2所示，为本实用新型太阳能热水器进出水管组件的结构示意图，其包括塑料进出水管1和与塑料进出水管1一端连接的橡胶密封件2，所述连接橡胶密封件2的塑料进出水管1一端设有一限制橡胶密封件2沿轴向滑动的台阶阻挡部3，所述台阶阻挡部3为与塑料进出水管1为一体结构。所述橡胶密封件2以硅橡胶材料制成，可起到很好的防水密封作用，而且不易老化，经久耐用。所述塑料进出水管1上还设置弹性塑料挡片4，与台阶阻挡部3一起限制固定橡胶密封件2。塑料进出水管1的另一端为管螺纹12，用于与外部的进出水管连接。所述塑料进出水管1上还设置卡槽11，用于固定弹性塑料挡片4。 
如图3所示，为本实用新型太阳能热水器进出的组件中弹性塑料挡片4的结构示意图，其中，包括一圆环形本体41及与塑料进出水管1连接的圆孔42，所述圆环形本体41沿直径方向开有与该圆环形本体41宽度相同的通口43，所述圆孔42直径小于塑料进出水管1直径。通口43两侧的圆环形本体41上设置可控制该圆环形本体张弛的操作孔44，便于将弹性塑料挡片4装入塑料进出水管1的卡槽11中。弹性塑料挡片4以尼龙塑料制成，其具有韧性好、耐磨、耐高温、防老化的性能，而且拆卸方便，成本低廉。

1.一种太阳能热水器进出水管组件，其包括包括塑料进出水管、橡胶密封件，其特征在于：所述连接橡胶密封件的塑料进出水管一端设有一限制橡胶密封件沿轴向滑动的台阶阻挡部，另一端为为管螺纹，与外部的进出水管连接，所述塑料进出水管上还设置弹性塑料挡片，在台阶阻挡部与弹性塑料挡片之间设置橡胶密封件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，其特征是：所述台阶阻挡部为与塑料进出水管一体结构，所述塑料进出水管上还设有与弹性塑料挡片相配合的卡槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，其特征是：所述弹性塑料挡片包括一圆环形本体及与塑料进出水管连接的圆孔，该圆孔与所述塑料进出水管上设置的卡槽卡接，所述圆环形本体沿直径方向开有与该圆环形本体宽度相同的通口，所述圆孔直径小于塑料进出水管直径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，其特征是：所述通口两侧的圆环形本体上设置可控制该圆环形本体张弛的操作孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能热水器进出水管组件，其特征是：所述弹性塑料挡片以尼龙塑料制成；所述橡胶密封件以硅橡胶材料制成。
