技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种进出水管组件，具体的说是一种适用于太阳能热水器中连接胆体内部和外部进出水管的零组件。 
背景技术
目前，随着太阳能热水器智能化水平的提高以及质量的不断升级，以及节能减碳的需求，太阳能热水器的市场在不断扩大。 
现有的阳能热水器进出水管组件，包括不锈钢进出水管、密封圈、固定垫片、弹簧卡子等。 
上述的水管组件虽然连接牢固，使用可靠，但组装繁琐，特别是由于不锈钢进出水管需要二次加工，成本高。开发一种成本低，安装方便的进出水管的零组件具有重要意义。 
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构简单、安装方便、成本低、保温效果好、使用寿命长的太阳能热水器进出水管组件。 
为解决上述技术及成本问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种进出水管组件，其包括塑料进出水管和与塑料进出水管一端连接的橡胶密封件，所述连接橡胶密封件的塑料进出水管一端设有一与塑料进出水管一体结构的台阶阻挡部，所述塑料进出水管上套接塑料固定垫片，橡胶密封件设于台阶阻挡部与塑料固定垫片之间，所述塑料固定垫片外侧还设置有与塑料进出水管卡接的金属卡子，通过卡槽与塑料进出水管连接。 
上述的进出水管组件，所述金属卡子包括一圆环形本体及与塑料进出水管连接的圆孔，该圆孔与所述塑料进出水管上设置的卡槽卡接，所述圆环形本体沿直径方向开有一通口，所述圆孔直径小于塑料进出水管直径。 
上述的进出水管组件，所述通口两侧的圆环形本体上设置可控制该圆环形本体张弛的操作孔。 
本实用新型太阳能热水器进出水管组件的优点是：通过设置在塑料进出水管一端一体化的台阶阻挡部与塑料固定垫片和金属卡子共同固定橡胶密封件。是一种成本低，安装方便的新型阳能热水器进出水管组件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明； 
如图1、2所示，为本实用新型进出水管组件的结构示意图，其包括塑料进出水管1和与塑料进出水管1一端连接的橡胶密封件2，在连接橡胶密封件2的塑料进出水管1一端设有一限制橡胶密封件2沿轴向滑动的台阶阻挡部3，所述台阶阻挡部3为与塑料进出水管1为一体结构，所述橡胶密封件2以硅橡胶材料制成，可起到很好的防水密封作用，而且不易老化，经久耐用。所述塑料进出水管1上靠近台阶阻挡部3还套接塑料固定垫片4，在阻挡部3与塑料固定垫片4之间安装橡胶密封件2，。所述塑料固定垫片4外侧还设置有与塑料进出水管1卡接的金属卡子5，与设于塑料进出水管1外的卡槽11卡接。所述塑料进出水管1的另一端为管螺纹12，用于与外部的进出水管连接。 
如图3所示，为本实用新型塑料固定垫片4的立体结构示意图，该固定垫圈4以塑料材质制成，而且拆卸方便，套接在塑料进出水管1外表面，其配合是间隙配合。 
如图4所示，为金属卡子5的立体结构示意图，其中，包括一圆环形本体51及与塑料进出水管1连接的圆孔52，所述圆环形本体51沿直径方向开有一通口53，所述圆孔52直径小于塑料进出水管1直径。通口53两侧的圆环形本体51上设置可控制该圆环形本体51张弛的操作孔54。

1.一种进出水管组件，其包括塑料进出水管和与塑料进出水管一端连接的橡胶密封件，其特征在于：所述连接橡胶密封件的塑料进出水管一端设有一与塑料进出水管一体结构的台阶阻挡部，所述塑料进出水管上套接塑料固定垫片，橡胶密封件设于台阶阻挡部与塑料固定垫片之间，所述塑料固定垫片外侧还设置有与塑料进出水管卡接的金属卡子，通过卡槽与塑料进出水管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的进出水管组件，其特征是：所述金属卡子包括一圆环形本体及与塑料进出水管连接的圆孔，该圆孔与所述塑料进出水管上设置的卡槽卡接，所述圆环形本体沿直径方向开有一通口，所述圆孔直径小于塑料进出水管直径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的进出水管组件，其特征是：所述通口两侧的圆环形本体上设置可控制该圆环形本体张弛的操作孔。
