Abstract

一种太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置，其上壳套装在热水器的上下水嘴的周围，密封胶圈装在上壳的弧形面槽内，拉铆钉把上壳固定在热水器的水箱外壳上面，连接块装在下壳内，下壳与连接块一同推入上壳中并用钢制卡子卡住上壳和下壳，同时用螺母固定，连接块的下端又与保温管连接，本固定装置使保温管与水箱紧密连接，不致对上下水嘴可有效的保温作用，还可防止雨水进入到保温管中。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置，尤其是能防止保温管路与水箱分离，属于太阳能热水器的技术领域。
背景技术
目前，太阳能热水器的上下水嘴大多采用下置式，太阳能热水器上下水嘴管路保温的安装一般采用保温管直接顶到太阳能热水器水箱的外皮上，与太阳能热水器水箱的外皮没有有效的固定，用过一段时间后，保温管与水箱外皮之间就会出现间隙，就不能对水嘴和上下水管起到有效的保温作用，在下雨的时候，雨水通过水箱的外皮流进保温管中，同时也流进烟道，影响了用户的使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置，它能够使保温管和水箱外壳紧密连接。
太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置的结构是上壳2套装在太阳能热水器的上下水嘴9周围，且上壳2与上下水嘴9同心，密封胶圈1装在上壳2的弧形面槽1 3中，并用拉铆钉8把上壳2固定在热水器的水箱外壳7上面，连接块4装在下壳3中，下壳3连同连接块4推入上壳2中，由2个钢制卡子5卡住上壳2和下壳3，该卡子5的一端有螺纹14并用螺母6固定，连接块4的下端与保温管11连接。保温管11安装在水箱的底部，保温管11的上端采用弧面结构与上壳2的弧面一致，下端是嵌接式结构。
太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置的优点是可以使保温管路与水箱紧密连接而不致脱落，对上下水嘴处能有效地起到保温作用，另外可以防止雨水流入保温管及顺着保温管流入烟道。

具体实施方式
由图1、2，上壳2与下壳3之间装有密封胶圈1，连接块4与下壳3贴合，上壳2与下壳3用钢制卡子5和螺母6固定。
由图3，上壳2表面有弧形面槽1 3用于放置密封胶圈1。
由图4、5、6，上壳2套装在太阳能热水器的上下水嘴9周围，且上壳2与上下水嘴9同心，密封胶圈1装在上壳2的弧形面槽13中，并用拉铆钉8把上壳2固定在热水器的水箱外壳7上面，连接块4装在下壳3中，下壳3连同连接块4推入上壳2中，由2个钢制卡子5卡住上壳2和下壳3，该卡子5的一端有螺纹14并用螺母6固定，连接块4的下端与保温管11连接。钢制卡子5制成一体式，开口端有螺纹14用螺母6固定。上下水管10的保温管11安装在水箱的底部，保温管11的上端采用弧面结构与上壳2的弧面一致，下端是嵌接式结构，保温管11的下部伸入烟道12中。

1. 一种太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置，其特征是上壳(2)套装在太阳能热水器的上下水嘴(9)周围，且上壳(2)与上下水嘴(9)同心，密封胶圈(1)装在上壳(2)的弧形面槽(13)中，并用拉铆钉(8)把上壳(2)固定在热水器的水箱外壳(7)上面，连接块(4)装在下壳(3)中，下壳(3)连同连接块(4)推入上壳(2)中，由2个钢制卡子(5)卡住上壳(2)和下壳(3)，该卡子(5)的一端有螺纹(14)并用螺母(6)固定，连接块(4)的下端与保温管(11)连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器管路保温固定装置，其特征是保温管(11)安装在水箱的底部，保温管(11)的上端采用弧面结构与上壳(2)的弧面一致，下端是嵌接式结构。
