本实用新型公开了一种煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆,包括钻杆本体,所述钻杆本体的外周面沿轴向开设有螺旋状沟槽。本实用新型的优点在于在钻杆本体的外周面沿轴向开设有螺旋状沟槽;利用来复线原理,在钻杆钻孔过程中,靠机械力连续不断的将煤渣沿螺旋状沟槽(即来复线槽)排出,若向钻杆中心孔内连续送风,即可形成有效的风力排渣系统;由于钻杆内外气流畅通,对钻杆工作面起到了连续的降温作用,大大提高了煤矿井下作业的安全性,同时避免了钻孔过程中钻杆被煤渣抱死而丢失钻杆;再则由于钻杆与煤层之间摩擦力的降低,又节省了工作时间、提高了工效,降低了钻孔成本。本实用新型结构简单、实用,特别适合煤矿井下松软煤层瓦斯抽放孔的钻孔之用。

背景技术
目前,煤矿井下使用的同类型钻杆均是光滑的外表面,当钻杆钻入松软煤层中时,由于钻杆本身不具备排渣功能,即使向钻杆中心孔内连续送风,也不能形成有效的排渣;而工作时排渣困难,钻杆旋转与煤层发生摩擦,使得温度逐渐升高,给处于瓦斯环境中工作的矿工的安全带来隐患。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有排渣功能的煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案: 
本实用新型所述的煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆,包括钻杆本体,所述钻杆本体的外周面沿轴向开设有螺旋状沟槽。 
所述螺旋状沟槽的宽度为10-12mm,深度为1.5-2mm。 
所述螺旋状沟槽的横断面为底窄口宽的梯形结构。

如图所示,本实用新型所述的煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆,包括钻杆本体1,所述钻杆本体1的外周面沿轴向开设有螺旋状沟槽2。这样在钻杆钻孔过程中,靠机械力连续不断的将煤渣沿螺旋状沟槽(也即来复线槽)排出,若向钻杆中心孔内连续送风,即可形成有效的风力排渣系统;由于钻杆内外气流畅通,对钻杆工作面起到了连续的降温作用,大大提高了煤矿井下作业的安全性,同时避免了钻孔过程中钻杆被煤渣抱死而丢失钻杆;再者由于钻杆与煤层之间摩擦力的降低,又节省了工作时间、提高了工效,降低了钻孔成本;特别适合煤矿井下松软煤层瓦斯抽放孔的钻孔之用。为避免煤渣附着在螺旋状沟槽2内,降低排渣效果,所述螺旋状沟槽2的横断面为底窄口宽的梯形结构,底部的宽度为10.5mm左右,上口处的宽度为12mm左右,深度为1.5-2mm左右。

1.一种煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆,包括钻杆本体(1),其特征在于:所述钻杆本体(1)的外周面沿轴向开设有螺旋状沟槽(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆,其特征在于:所述螺旋状沟槽(2)的宽度为10-12mm,深度为1.5-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的煤矿井下松软煤层用钻杆,其特征在于:所述螺旋状沟槽(2)的横断面为底窄口宽的梯形结构。
