本实用新型涉及一种法兰盘的加工夹具。
背景技术
夹具是机械制造过程中用来固定加工对象，使之占有正确的位置，以接受施工或检测的装置。又称卡具。从广义上说，在工艺过程中的任何工序，用来迅速、方便、安全地安装工件的装置，都可称为夹具。例如焊接夹具、检验夹具、装配夹具、机床夹具等。其中机床夹具最为常见，常简称为夹具。但是目前法兰盘的加工夹具不适应法兰盘的批量生产要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种法兰盘的加工夹具，定位精度高，安装一次可以对法兰盘的多个孔进行钻孔，提高了加工效率。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种法兰盘的加工夹具，包括有底座，底座上安装有中心定位销，中心定位销上分别套装有带圆形开口的压板、法兰盘，底座的一侧上活动铰接有钻模板，钻模板转向法兰盘的位置孔处设有钻孔，钻孔内安装有钻套、固定套。
本实用新型采用中心定位销定位，定位精度高，安装一次可以对法兰盘的多个孔进行钻孔，提高了加工效率，保证了零件的技术要求。
