在设备维护、维修中，很多情况下需要对轴上备件进行拆卸，在拆卸过程中，由于轴上备件紧套在轴上，不易拆卸下来，在使用现有拆卸工具进行拆卸的过程中，经常会出现因操作人员施力不当造成轴或备件的损坏，严重阻碍了设备的维护、维修进度。

本实用新型目的在于解决上述技术问题存在的不足，提供一种快速拆卸轴上备件的装置，其具有快速拆卸、方便维修，提高工作效率同时还防止损坏轴上备件等优点。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种快速拆卸轴上备件的装置，由卡盘、支撑座、连杆和螺旋千斤顶组成，卡盘通过连杆与支撑座连接，在卡盘上设有U形卡槽，U形卡槽的中心与支撑座上设置的螺旋千斤顶的中心相对应。
本实用新型，所述的卡盘上设有与连杆连接的连杆孔，连杆的顶端设有螺母。
本实用新型，所述的连杆孔和连杆各设有两个，两个连杆孔设置在卡盘的中心线上。
有益效果是：本实用新型的结构设置紧凑，易操作，不但拆卸快速而且保护了轴上备件，成本低，方便了工作人员的操作，降低了劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种快速拆卸轴上备件的装置，由卡盘1、支撑座2、连杆3和螺旋千斤顶4构成，卡盘1外形不限，卡盘1中心位置有一个U形卡槽5，卡盘1两端设有连杆孔6，连杆孔6的位置与卡盘1平面的中心点在一条水平线上，支撑座2可以不限形状，以四方形为佳，螺旋千斤顶4安放在支撑座2上，中心位置正对上方的卡盘的U形卡槽5中心点位置，卡盘1和支撑座2的之间垂直设有有两根连杆3，两根连杆3的一端垂直焊接在支撑座2上，两根连杆3的另一端连接卡盘1的两个连杆孔6，连杆3连接卡盘1的一端有螺纹，通过螺母7固定调节连杆的高度，卡盘1上的两个连杆孔6的直径比连杆3的直径稍大一点点，刚好能够使连杆穿过卡盘1上的两个连杆孔6。
在使用过程中，先将支撑座2放置与平整地面，轴上备件通过U形卡槽5固定在卡盘1上，可以通过松动螺母7升降连杆3位置来实现调节卡盘1的高度，轴的一端与螺旋千斤顶4连接，通过螺旋千斤顶4螺旋顶起轴，完成轴与备件的拆卸分离，所述的支撑座2、连杆3、螺母7、卡盘1的材质为金属或超硬材料，具有不变形的特点，本结构设置紧凑，易操作，进行拆卸工作效率高而且保护了轴上备件，成本低，方便了工作人员的操作，降低了劳动强度。

1.一种快速拆卸轴上备件的装置，其特征在于：由卡盘(1)、支撑座(2)、连杆(3)和螺旋千斤顶(4)组成，卡盘(1)通过连杆(3)与支撑座(2)连接，在卡盘(1)上设有U形卡槽(5)，U形卡槽(5)的中心与支撑座(2)上设置的螺旋千斤顶(4)的中心相对应。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种快速拆卸轴上备件的装置，其特征在于：所述的卡盘(1)上设有与连杆(3)连接的连杆孔(6)，连杆(3)的顶端设有螺母(7)。
