Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型的双螺旋管电动弯管机，属机电产品的弯管机。其特征是：将原电动弯管机的单管上、下导向盘改进为上、下双管导向盘，将原电动弯管机的单管大转盘和对应的单管压盘也改进为双管大转盘和双管压盘。由于本实用新型将原电动弯管机的单管上、下导向盘，大转盘以及压盘都改为双管的结构，这样就可以利用原电动弯管机实现加工双螺旋管的目的。本实用新型不仅结构简单，而且加工速度快，加工质量高。

本实用新型涉及机电产品的弯管机，具体的说是一种新型的双螺旋管电动弯管机。 
背景技术
现有的锅炉或其它烘弯炉排烟，往往直接向大气排放，不但对大气产生温室效应，并白白将其产生的高温热气排放掉，既浪费了能源，又污染了大气。因此需要使用烟气余热回收器，对其产生的热气进行了回收利用。在烟气回收过程中因锅炉烟气含尘量大，故必须采用圆形双螺旋管式铜管作烟气余热回收器的换热器。为了加大电动弯管机加工能力和加工质量，故需要研制双螺旋管电动弯管机。 
从包括中国专利在内有关资料检索表明，目前尚未见到双螺旋管电动弯管机的相关报道。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在原电动弯管机基础上提供一种结构简单、合理，加工速度快和加工质量高的一种新型的双螺旋管电动弯管机。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型的双螺旋管电动弯管机，其持征是：有一个上、下为双管导向盘的电动弯管机，电动弯管机的大转盘为双管大转盘和双管压盘对应。 
工作时将双管同时插入双管导向盘中，即可以实现双管同时加工成双螺旋管了。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型将原电动弯管机的单管上、 下导向盘，大转盘以及压盘都改为双管的结构，这样就可以利用原电动弯管机实现加工双螺旋管的目的。本实用新型不仅结构简单，而且加工速度快，加工质量高。

实施例1： 
一种双螺旋管电动弯管机，是将原电动弯管机1的单管上、下导向盘改进为上、下双管导向盘3，将原电动弯管机1的单管大转盘和对应的单管压盘也改进为双管大转盘4和双管压盘5。图中2为加工后的双螺旋管。
