抗静电颗粒母料主要用来生产抗静电产品，一般生产厂家在利用颗粒成型机生产出抗静电颗粒后，就包装面市。其不足之处是：由于从颗粒成型机上出来的胶状体在冷却输送带上有些会几个重叠交集在一起，不符合统一规格的要求。

本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种抗静电颗粒生产机，它生产出来的抗静电颗粒规格一致，产品品质好。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
抗静电颗粒生产机，包括颗粒成型机、冷却输送带，在冷却输送带的出口处放置有振动筛，振动筛的下部为吸风通道，振动筛的前部设置次品箱。
所述吸风通道的出口处设置有包装袋。
所述冷却输送带为铝板输送带。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：1、它生产出来的抗静电颗粒规格一致，产品品质好。2、被振动筛排出的次品进入次品箱中后可以重新加入颗粒成型机中被利用。
