本实用新型涉及一种车间二级引风吸尘装置，其特征在于包括：一级引风吸尘罩、二级引风吸尘罩、引风机、碱液过滤空气净化器和烟筒，一级引风吸尘罩通过管道连接引风机，一级引风吸尘罩上方安装二级引风吸尘罩，二级引风吸尘罩通过管道连接引风机，引风机通过管道连接碱液过滤空气净化器，碱液过滤空气净化器连接烟筒。本实用新型可以吸收车间内的大量粉尘，吸收效率高；也可以吸收车间内的异味气体，使车间空气形成良好的循环，给工人创造一个良好的工作环境；尾气的排放符合国家标准，不会造成二次污染。

本实用新型涉及一种车间二级引风吸尘装置，属于机械设备领域。
背景技术
现在普遍的生产企业存在一个问题，生产车间空气粉尘较大，这样工人工作时就没有一个良好的工作环境，此时好多工人会打开窗户，然而，好多单位的车间存有异味，不符合国家环保的产业政策。现在常用的其他一些吸尘装置，大多只吸收部分粉尘，不能吸收粉尘除外的一些异味的气体。
发明内容
根据以上技术的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种车间二级引风吸尘装置，既可以吸收车间分成，又能吸收车间的异味气体，效率高，无污染排放。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种车间二级引风吸尘装置，其特征在于包括：一级引风吸尘罩、二级引风吸尘罩、引风机、碱液过滤空气净化器和烟筒，一级引风吸尘罩通过管道连接引风机，一级引风吸尘罩上方安装二级引风吸尘罩，二级引风吸尘罩通过管道连接引风机，引风机通过管道连接碱液过滤空气净化器，碱液过滤空气净化器连接烟筒。
所述的一级引风吸尘罩和二级引风吸尘罩均为多个。
一级引风吸尘罩和二级引风吸尘罩的个数依照车间面积决定。
车间的机器产生粉尘时，大部分粉尘会被一级引风吸尘罩吸走，少量未被一级引风吸尘罩吸走的粉尘随气体上升，到达二级引风吸尘罩处，被二级引风吸尘罩吸走，同时未被一级引风吸尘罩吸走的车间的异味气体，也会被二级引风吸尘罩吸走，被一级引风吸尘罩和二级引风吸尘罩吸走的粉尘和异味气体，被一同送入引风机，通过引风机再进入碱液过滤空气净化器，粉尘和异味气体被净化，最后净化后的尾气达到排放标准，通过烟筒排空。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以吸收车间内的大量粉尘，吸收效率高；也可以吸收车间内的异味气体，使车间空气形成良好的循环，给工人创造一个良好的工作环境；尾气的排放符合国家标准，不会造成二次污染。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1所述，车间二级引风吸尘装置包括：一级引风吸尘罩1、二级引风吸尘罩2、引风机3、碱液过滤空气净化器4和烟筒5，一级引风吸尘罩1通过管道连接引风机3，一级引风吸尘罩1上方安装二级引风吸尘罩2，二级引风吸尘罩2通过管道连接引风机3，引风机3通过管道连接碱液过滤空气净化器4，碱液过滤空气净化器4连接烟筒5。
使用时，车间的机器产生粉尘时，大部分粉尘会被一级引风吸尘罩1吸走，少量未被一级引风吸尘罩1吸走的粉尘随气体上升，到达二级引风吸尘罩2处，被二级引风吸尘罩2吸走，同时未被一级引风吸尘罩1吸走的车间的异味气体，也会被二级引风吸尘罩2吸走，被一级引风吸尘罩1和二级引风吸尘罩2吸走的粉尘和异味气体，被一同送入引风机3，通过引风机3再进入碱液过滤空气净化器4，粉尘和异味气体被净化，最后净化后的尾气达到排放标准，通过烟筒5排空。

1.一种车间二级引风吸尘装置，其特征在于包括：一级引风吸尘罩(1)、二级引风吸尘罩(2)、引风机(3)、碱液过滤空气净化器(4)和烟筒(5)，一级引风吸尘罩(1)通过管道连接引风机(3)，一级引风吸尘罩(1)上方安装二级引风吸尘罩(2)，二级引风吸尘罩(2)通过管道连接引风机(3)，引风机(3)通过管道连接碱液过滤空气净化器(4)，碱液过滤空气净化器(4)连接烟筒(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车间二级引风吸尘装置，其特征在于所述的一级引风吸尘罩(1)和二级引风吸尘罩(2)均为多个。
