现有电机的编码器码盘与电机转轴间通常采用过盈配合结构或如图1所示在电机上设置卡槽01,码盘上设卡块02的卡接结构。采用过盈配合结构装配不便,时间久了容易松动,而采用卡槽卡块结构由于误差也容易松动,从而都具有一定的不足之处。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种电机编码器码盘与电机转轴的锁紧结构,锁紧稳定,效果好,码盘与转轴间不易松动,结构简单,装配方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电机编码器码盘与电机转轴的锁紧结构,包括码盘及穿装在码盘中心穿孔中的转轴,其特征在于:所述码盘上中心穿孔处还环设有若干个轴向延伸的卡爪,所述若干卡爪由卡紧装置卡紧。
优选的,所述卡紧装置为一套装在卡爪外环面上的圈状弹簧。
优选的,所述卡爪为均匀环设的3个。
本实用新型在码盘上中心穿孔处环设若干个轴向延伸的卡爪,所述若干卡爪由套装在卡爪外环面上的圈状弹簧卡紧。卡装码盘时只需要将码盘套进转轴,然后再把圈状弹簧套紧在卡爪外环面即可,由于圈状弹簧具有一定的弹性,卡紧时具有过盈效果,锁紧稳定,结构简单,装配方便。
