本实用新型涉及茶叶脱水领域,具体是一种余热回收装置。 
背景技术
茶叶脱水装置属于茶叶加工设备。一般包括输送装置,输送装置下部设置输送进叶口,上部设置输送出叶口,与输送装置连接配合的脱水装置,上部为脱水室,下部为热风通道,热风供给装置一路与输送装置底部连通,另一路与热风通道连通,脱水室设置螺旋齿输送滚轴及与其相配合的半圆柱锅,半圆柱锅底部开有小孔。目前的茶叶脱水装置排出的空气为湿热空气,带有一定的热量,直接排放掉,将会造成浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种余热回收装置,将湿热的空气中带有热量通过金属管吸收,同时流动的空气吸收金属管的热量,实现了余热再利用而节能的目的。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
余热回收装置,包括有交换室,交换室的上端与茶叶输送带下端联通,交换室内设有横置的多个金属管,交换室的一端设有正对于金属管端口的吹风机,另一端设有出风口,金属管的端口朝向出风口,出风口通过管道与空气加热室接通。 
本实用新型是将从脱水装置中排出的湿热空气经过金属管外壁继续向外排出时,热能被金属管吸贮,吹风机将冷空气通过金属管内孔送入空气加热器的过程中,吸收金属管的热能的冷空气被预加热,实现了余热再利用而节能的目的。
