Abstract

太阳能直插式线控排空装置,包括水箱,进出水管道,软管,水箱内内置一根软管,软管顶部有一根拉线,拉线通过进出水管道经塑料管接在室内,软管下部通过塑料管与水龙头相连。本实用新型结构简单,采用软管、拉线、浮球三者在水面的临界面的机械配合,使得该排空装置不需要在水箱内内置电磁阀,只要利用拉线拉动软管,使软管口提水面,再打开水龙头即可放空管中水,而实现排空。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器,尤其涉及一种太阳能直插式线控排空装置。
背景技术
目前,针对太阳能热水器的管道排空,目前市场上的一股都是采用电磁阀直接进行排空,该技术的确解决了排空问题,但由于电磁阀长期内置水中,容易产生水垢,导致其寿命减少,且成本高,维修率高,易老化。
发明内容
为了解决上述不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热效率高、不结水垢,绿色环保,成本低廉、稳定性高的太阳能直插式线控排空装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:太阳能直插式线控排空装置,包括水箱,进出水管道,软管,其特征在于水箱内内置一根软管,软管顶部有一根拉线,拉线通过进出水管道经塑料管接在室内,软管下部通过塑料管与水龙头相连。
本实用新型结构简单,采用软管、拉线、浮球三者在水面的临界面的机械配合,使得该排空装置不需要在水箱内内置电磁阀,只要利用拉线拉动软管,使软管口提水面,再打开水龙头即可放空管中水,而实现排空。

如图所示,太阳能直插式线控排空装置,包括水箱1,进出水管道3,软管2,水箱1内内置一根软管2,软管2顶部有一根拉线6,拉线6通过进出水管道3经塑料管4接在室内,软管2下部通过塑料管4与水龙头7相连。
