本实用新型涉及一种新型太阳能热水器管道排空阀装置,尤其涉及一种太阳能直插式气控排空装置。 
背景技术
目前市场上所见的太阳能热水器大多安装在比较高的位置上,因为到了冬天,管道容易冻堵或冻裂而无法使用,目前市场上太阳能的排空大多采用电磁阀排空,但电磁阀长期接触水气,易产生水垢而卡死,且结构复杂成本高,维修麻烦,从而导致不具有普遍推广的意义。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便的太阳能直插式气控排空装置。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:太阳能直插式气控排空装置,包括水箱,上下冷热水管,其特征在于水箱一侧顶部设有上下冷热水管和进气排空管,进气排空管内设有止回阀,上下冷热水管下设有水龙头,进气排空管下设有进气开关。 
本实用新型的特点是:当阀门关闭时,因地球的吸引力,排水阀自动打开,管道中的水全面流出,实现了“管道排空”。

如图所示,太阳能直插式气控排空装置,包括水箱1,上下冷热水管4,水箱1一侧顶部设有上下冷热水管4和进气排空管3,进气排空管3内设有止回阀2,上下冷热水管4下设有水龙头6,进气排空管3下设有进气开关5。
