在公司的污水处理场有石灰搅拌环节需要用水，原来用水泵输送水，需要消耗电量，公司为节约能耗，发明了改造型虹吸式吸排水装置。
三、实用新型内容：
为了节约能耗，特发明改造型虹吸式吸排水装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种改造型虹吸式吸排水装置，包括有倒立U型管道(1)、真空罐入口(2)、排气阀(3)、真空罐(4)和真空罐出口(5)；其特征是倒立U型管道(1)一端连接真空罐入口(2)，另一端连接清水池，排气阀(3)安装在真空罐(4)上面，真空罐出口(5)连接在真空罐(4)下方，能够连接排水管道；倒立U型管道(1)一端伸入处理好的清水池中，一端连接在真空罐入口(2)，真空罐出口(5)连接排水管道，排水管道连接石灰搅拌池，石灰搅拌池的位置低于清水池，装置连接好之后，打开排气阀(3)，清水池的水利用压差加装真空罐(4)，直至加满，关闭排气阀(3)，同时清水就会通过自吸的方式不利用任何能源不断流入石灰搅拌池，完成虹吸式吸排水过程。
本实用新型的有益效果是：大大节约能耗。

如图1所示，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是改造型虹吸式吸排水装置，包括有倒立U型管道(1)、真空罐入口(2)、排气阀(3)、真空罐(4)和真空罐出口(5)；其特征是倒立U型管道(1)一端连接真空罐入口(2)，另一端连接水面，排气阀(3)安装在真空罐(4)上面，真空罐出口(5)连接在真空罐(4)下方，能够连接排水管道；倒立U型管道(1)一端伸入处理好的清水池中，一端连接在真空罐入口(2)，真空罐出口(5)连接排水管道，排水管道连接石灰搅拌池，石灰搅拌池的位置低于清水池，装置连接好之后，打开排气阀(3)，清水池的水利用压差加装真空罐(4)，直至加满，关闭排气阀(3)，同时清水就会通过自吸的方式不利用任何能源不断流入石灰搅拌池，完成虹吸式吸排水过程。
