[0002] 在铁路、市政水处理工艺中,活性污泥法是一种应用最广泛的耗氧生化水处理技 术,而曝气则是好氧生化处理工艺中的重要环节。曝气的作用是向水处理设施的水中充氧, 在曝气区内产生足够的混合作用和水循环流动,产生并维持有效的气水接触,使泥、水、气 三者充分混合,保持污水内微生物、底物、溶解氧状态平衡,在生物氧化作用不断消耗氧气 的情况下保持水中一定的溶解氧浓度,保证微生物生化作用所需的溶解氧,并使水中的生 物固体处于悬浮状态,为微生物降解有机物提供有利的生化反应条件。
[0003] 现有技术采用的曝气方法有鼓风曝气、机械曝气、射流曝气以及多方法联合使用 的混合曝气。
[0004] 鼓风曝气是由电动机驱动的鼓风机通过送风管鼓风进入曝气池内,使空气中的氧 更多地进入水中,增加水中溶解氧含量。
[0005] 机械曝气利用装设在曝气池内叶轮的转动,剧烈地搅动池内的水面,使池内的水 循环流动,不断变化和更新液面并产生强烈水跃,从而使空气中的氧与水滴或水气界面充 分接触并传入液相中去。
[0006] 射流曝气是通过水射流泵将空气吸入,使空气与水充分混合并增加水中溶解氧含量。
[0007] 常用的曝气设备有:转盘曝气机,转刷曝气机,立式表曝机,射流曝气机,离心曝气 机等。
[0008] 不论上述哪种曝气方法和应用哪种曝气装置都需要大量电能,使曝气成为好氧生 化处理系统中运转费用最高的工艺环节,曝气充氧电耗一般占总动力消耗的60%〜70%。 因此,曝气设备的选择和改进是曝气技术运行成本控制和经济效益提高的关健。
发明内容
[0009] 针对上述现有的水处理曝气过程存在耗电量大、运行成本高的问题,本实用新型 推出聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其目的在于,直接利用风能和光能的自然能源,实现水 搅拌、充氧、浮选过程,完成耗氧水处理曝气,以克服水处理设施完全依赖电力资源,减轻水 处理企业面临的能耗高和运行费用大的困难局面。
[0010] 本实用新型涉及的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置呈立式结构,由上部聚风装置和 下部固定支撑装置组成。上部聚风装置包括聚风罩、励磁风力增压发电装置、异径弯管、重 力泄风装置、风向三角翼。下部固定支撑装置包括风力增压狭管、风力输送管道、固定支撑 架、光电转换装置、电能存储自控装置。
[0011] 上部聚风装置和下部固定支撑装置通过套管连接,并通过套管间的环形滑动轴承 将上部聚风装置重载传递到下部固定支撑装置。[0012] 聚风罩位于整个装置的顶部,呈喇叭状,聚风罩前端的聚风口设置有格网。聚风罩 内设置励磁风力增压发电装置,励磁风力增压发电装置包括定子动子耦合励磁线圈、风速 离心开关、发电电动转换装置和设置在外部的风叶。风叶的转轴联接动子耦合励磁线圈的 转轴,风速离心开关设置在风叶的转轴上,风速离心开关的活动电刷连接发电电动转换装 置。励磁风力增压发电装置在风速离心开关的不同连接状态下,可以进入电动机工作状态 或者进入发电机工作状态。当风叶转轴快速旋转时,风速离心开关通过发电电动转换装置 使励磁风力增压发电装置进入发电机工作状态,向外部输出电能;当风叶转轴慢速旋转时, 风速离心开关通过发电 电动转换装置使励磁风力增压发电装置进入电动机工作状态,接收 外部输入的电能,使风叶转速加快。
[0013] 聚风罩后端由法兰连接异径弯管,异径弯管背部设置风向三角翼,异径弯管背部 上端设置重力泄风装置。重力泄风装置由扣在异径弯管背部上端通风口上的凹形片构成, 凹形片上侧由活动铰链连接在异径弯管的侧壁上。

[0018] 本实用新型所涉及的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,从上部聚风罩的聚风口到下 部的风力输送水平管末端的空气扩散装置,形成聚风增压的风能利用通道。自然风从聚风 罩的聚风口进入,带动风叶转动,并经喇叭状的聚风罩、异径弯管、风力增压狭管,得到聚风 和增压,然后经风力输送垂直管、风力输送水平管以及风力输送水平管末端的空气扩散装 置进入曝气水处理装置的水中,进行水的搅拌、充氧、浮选等过程。同时,异径弯管背部设置 的风向三角翼随风移动,使异径弯管前部聚风罩的聚风口保持便于聚风的迎风状态。
[0019] 在自然风的风速增大,风力达到或超过水处理需要的风压,溶解氧满足要求时,励 磁风力增压发电装置的快速旋转的风叶转轴使风速离心开关通过发电电动转换装置将励 磁风力增压发电装置推入发电机工作状态。在自然风继续经风力输送管道进入曝气水处理 装置的同时,励磁风力增压发电装置将部分风能转化为电能输入电能存储自控装置。
[0020] 在自然风的风速特大时,从聚风罩进入的风吹开异径弯管背部上端的重力泄风装 置,使快速吹动的风从异径弯管背部通风口部分地卸掉,减低风压,避免装置在强风中受 损。[0021 ] 在自然风的风速小或无风力时,风速离心开关通过发电电动转换装置将励磁风力 增压发电装置推入电动机工作状态,风叶的旋转使鼓风经风力输送管道继续进入曝气水处 理装置的水中。进行水的搅拌、充氧、浮选等过程。

Claims (9)
- 一种聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,由上部聚风装置和下部固定支撑装置组成,上部聚风装置包括聚风罩(1)、励磁风力增压发电装置(4)、异径弯管(6),下部固定支撑装置包括风力增压狭管(13)、风力输送管道、电能存储自控装置(18)、固定支撑架(15)、光电转换装置(16);聚风罩(1)位于整个装置的顶部,聚风罩(1)内设置励磁风力增压发电装置(4),励磁风力增压发电装置(4)的外部有风叶(5),聚风罩(1)后端连接异径弯管(6),异径弯管(6)下部连接的双法兰短管(10)连接固定支撑装置上部风力增压狭管(13)外部的双法兰短管(14),风力增压狭管(13)上部连接的法兰短管(11)套在双法兰短管(10)内;风力增压狭管(13)连接风力输送管道的风力输送垂直管(17),风力输送垂直管(17)接连风力输送水平管(19),风力输送水平管(19)与曝气水处理装置(22)连通,从上部聚风罩(1)的聚风口到下部的风力输送水平管(19)的末端,形成聚风增压的风能利用通道。
- 2.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,位于整个装置 顶部的聚风罩(1)呈喇叭状,聚风罩(1)前端的聚风口设置有防护格网(2)。
- 3.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,励磁风力增压 发电装置(4)固定在聚风罩(1)内的井字架(3)上,励磁风力增压发电装置(4)的外部有 风叶(5)。
- 4.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,聚风罩(1)后端 连接的异径弯管(6)背部设置风向三角翼(9),风向三角翼(9)的平衡连接杆(8)固定在异 径弯管(6)的背部侧壁上。
- 5.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,异径弯管(6)背 部上端设置重力泄风装置(7),重力泄风装置(7)由扣在异径弯管(6)背部上端通风口上的 凹形片构成,凹形片上侧由活动铰链连接在异径弯管(6)的侧壁上。
- 6.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,风力增压狭管 (13)上部连接的法兰短管(11)与异径弯管(6)下部连接的双法兰短管(10)之间设置环形 滑动轴承(12),使上部聚风装置在下部固定支撑装置上转动。
- 7.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,风力增压狭管 (13)为上端管口内径大、下端管口内径小的锥台形管,上端管口连接法兰短管(11),下端 管口连接风力输送垂直管(17)的上端。
- 8.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,风力输送水平 管(19)通入曝气水处理装置22中的一端设置空气扩散装置(24)。
- 9.根据权利要求1所述的聚风增压风能光能水处理装置,其特征在于,光电转换装置 (16)设置在固定支撑架(15)上,与固定支撑架(15)下部的电能存储自控装置(18)电缆连 接,电能存储自控装置(18)与上部聚风罩(1)内励磁风力增压发电装置(4)的发电电动转 换装置电缆连接。
