单相恒功率加热电缆主要用于各种管道、仪表的防冻、保温,最高维持温度150℃可用于工厂一区、二区爆炸性气体场合。其电源母线为两根平行的绝缘铜线,在内绝缘层上缠绕电热丝,并将电热丝每隔一定距离(即“发热节长”)与母线连接,形成连续并联电阻。母线通电后,各并联电阻发热,因而形成一条连续的加热电缆。
