背景技术
电缆应用广泛,门类繁多,在交流额定电压450/750V及以下控制、监控回路及保护线路中,各类电器、仪表就需要通过控制电缆进行连接,根据现有GB/T9330—2008国家标准,控制电缆导体的长期允许工作温度为70-95度,耐温等级低,受到高温恶劣环境或设备使用功率大的影响控制电缆很容易发热,短时还可以承受,长时间会越来越热,甚至会发生起火,引发一系列安全事故。

本实用新型所要提供的是一种工作温度在200度及以下能保持较好的机械物理及电气性能的耐高温控制电缆。

一种新型耐高温控制电缆,它包括导体,导体外包裹有绝缘层,绝缘层外设有内护套层,内护套层外设有屏蔽层,屏蔽层外包裹有铠装层,铠装层外设有外护套层。 
所述的导体为铜导体,导体的芯数为2-37根。 
所述的绝缘层采用硅橡胶材料制成,厚度为0.62mm-1.2mm。 
所述的内护套层采用氟塑料制成。 
所述的铠装层采用钢带或细钢丝制成。 
所述的内护套层采用氟塑料制成,绝缘最高温度能达到200度。 
所述的铠装层采用钢带或细钢丝制成,此电缆的允许弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的12倍。 
有益效果:本实用新型采用了硅橡胶和氟塑料作为绝缘材料,具有很好的耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,适用于阻燃、耐火、无毒环保等要求的场所,铠装层采用钢带或细钢丝制成,使用时间长。
