本实用新型涉及一种液压油缸焊接结构装置,该缓冲结构主要用在高压超过31.5Mpa的油缸上。
背景技术
目前,市场上通用的高压油缸焊接的常用结构是采用缸筒与缸头直接对接后进行焊接,容易造成焊接变形,焊接应力分布不均匀,冲击频繁时容易造成缸头焊接受力薄弱处断裂,油缸不能正常工作,使油缸总成的使用性能受到影响。
发明内容
为了解决目前高压油缸缸头焊接缺陷,本实用新型设计采用的焊接结构形式为:
缸筒+间隔环+缸头
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该焊接结构装置是结合实际工作情况和应力分析的结果进行设计的,能够显著地改善液压油缸的缸头焊接处的焊缝性能;改善焊接应力的分布状况,提高缸头受力处的强度,并能有效地延长液压油缸零部件的使用寿命。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以很好地解决液压油缸缸头焊接处焊缝应力分布不均的问题,改变焊接应力的分布位置,改善缸头薄弱处的受力状况,提高零部件工作的安全性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
在图1中,焊接前,将间隔环(2)的一端敲入缸筒(1)中,然后将缸头(3)安装进间隔环(2)的另一端,安装好后实施焊接。由于间隔环(2)是设计成对称结构,所以焊接时缸筒(1)和缸头(3)的受力是均匀一致的,这样导致焊接应力的分布发生了变化,由聚集在缸头受力薄弱处,转移到垂直与焊缝的间隔环处,改善了应力的分布状况,保证了缸头工作时受力处的强度,优化了焊接结构,提高了油缸使用的安全可靠性。
