本实用新型公开了一种连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置,包括沼气反应装置,在沼气反应装置的沼气池出料口上设有伞状刮片,在伞状刮片上连接有承载轴承,在承载轴承的另一端设有操作手柄,在沼气池出料口上连接有一个包裹着承载轴承的出料管,在出料管上设有球阀,在球阀与操作手柄之间的出料管底部设有出料口。本实用新型采用在沼气池底部安装伞状刮板的结构,通过操作手柄拉动承载轴承进出沼气池的水平出料口,使伞状刮板在承载轴承的带动下将物料刮到出料口泻出。本实用新型可以使沼气出料管理方便、能耗低,出料时安全卫生。有效的解决了沼气池出料困难问题,应用前景广泛,而且结构简单,容易制作,使用效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置的辅助设备,尤其是一种连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置。
背景技术
我国是一个农业生产大国,制造沼气的原料来源丰富。沼气作为一种新型清洁能源正逐步扩大发展规模,代替煤炭等不可再生能源。现有的沼气生产装置大都是小型生产装置,建在地面以下,采用平地池,出料麻烦,操作困难,还存在人员下池窒息的危险。目前还没有一种简单有效的沼气出料设备。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置,它操作简便,能实现无动力卸料装置,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的:连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置,包括沼气反应装置,在沼气反应装置的沼气池出料口上设有伞状刮片,在伞状刮片上连接有承载轴承,在承载轴承的另一端设有操作手柄,在沼气池出料口上连接有一个包裹着承载轴承的出料管,在出料管上设有球阀,在球阀与操作手柄之间的出料管底部设有出料口。
沼气反应装置的底部为倒锥形方口,并在倒锥形方口内设有翼型缓冲挡板,沼气池出料口设置在倒锥形方口上。
在承载轴承上固定有挡板,挡板处于出料口后方,并在挡板与出料管的管口末端之间设有弹簧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用在沼气池底部安装伞状刮板的结构,通过操作手柄拉动承载轴承进出沼气池的水平出料口,使伞状刮板在承载轴承的带动下将物料刮到出料口泻出。本实用新型可以使沼气出料管理方便、能耗低,出料时安全卫生,有效的解决了沼气池出料困难问题,应用前景广泛,而且结构简单,容易制作,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置如图所示,先制作出一个沼气反应装置1,将沼气反应装置1的底部制作为倒锥形方口11,并在倒锥形方口11内设有翼型缓冲挡板8,倒锥形方口11与翼型缓冲挡板8相衔接的流线型椎体设计,便于物料流出;制作伞状刮片2,将伞状刮片2安装在沼气反应装置1的沼气池出料口上13,使伞状刮片2可进出沼气反应装置1,在伞状刮片2上连接承载轴承3,在承载轴承3的另一端安装操作手柄4,在沼气池出料口13上连接有一个包裹着承载轴承3的出料管5,在出料管5上安装球阀6,在球阀6与操作手柄4之间的出料管5底部开设出料口7;在承载轴承3上固定一块挡板9,挡板9处于出料口7后方,并在挡板9与出料管5的管口末端之间设有弹簧10。
在需要出料时,先打开球阀6,推动操作手柄4,使伞状刮片2通过沼气池出料口上13进入沼气反应装置1内,进入一段距离之后再拉动操作手柄4,使伞状刮片2退回,这时,物料就会在伞状刮片2的带动下流动到出料管5中,持续拉动操作手柄4,直到物料通过出料口7泻出;此时弹簧10处于压缩状态,缓慢松开操作手柄4后,弹簧10会自动将承载轴承3推回初始位置;重复上述步骤,直到出料结束。在每次刮料的间隙,通过沼气反应装置1的搅拌杆12带动V型刮板14转动,使物料通过锥形方口11和翼型缓冲挡板8流入沼气反应装置1出料沟中等待出料。挡板9还可避免刮出的物料进入出料管5的管口末端造成溢出而污染环境。

1.一种连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置,包括沼气反应装置(1),其特征在于:在沼气反应装置(1)的沼气池出料口(13)上设有伞状刮片(2),在伞状刮片(2)上连接有承载轴承(3),在承载轴承(3)的另一端设有操作手柄(4),在沼气池出料口(13)上连接有一个包裹着承载轴承(3)的出料管(5),在出料管(5)上设有球阀(6),在球阀(6)与操作手柄(4)之间的出料管(5)底部设有出料口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置,其特征在于:沼气反应装置(1)的底部为倒锥形方口(11),并在倒锥形方口(11)内设有翼型缓冲挡板(8),沼气池出料口(13)设置在倒锥形方口(11)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续浮罩式生物质厌氧消化设备的出料装置,其特征在于:在承载轴承(3)上固定有挡板(9),挡板(9)处于出料口(7)后方,并在挡板(9)与出料管(5)的管口末端之间设有弹簧(10)。
