本实用新型涉及多线切割机的辅助装置,具体地说是一种多线切割机收线盘。
背景技术
多线切割机使用时,从放线盘放出的钢线进入工作区域内工作,之后通过收线盘将工作后的钢线收拢。为了对收线盘进行重复利用,往往通过切割机将收线盘上的钢线割掉,因收线盘上缠绕有数百公里的钢线,切割时不容易把握住切割深度,极易割伤收线盘的表面,会导致下次收线时转动不平稳,而且也无法切割收线盘两端(靠近两端凸部处)的钢线,处理不方便且所需要的时间长。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种重复利用时割线方便快速且不易割伤表面的多线切割机收线盘。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种多线切割机收线盘,包括圆筒状盘体,其特征在于所述盘体的侧壁上开有轴向设置的凹槽。使用合适的切割机和切割片,在凹槽处去线,因凹槽有一定的深度,不易割伤收线盘的表面,去线方便快速。
上述的多线切割机收线盘,凹槽两端开口,贯穿盘体两端的凸部,可以方便切割收线盘两端的钢线。
上述的多线切割机收线盘,凹槽有两条,呈径向对称设置,避免收线盘转动时发生偏心,以保证收线盘动平衡。
上述的多线切割机收线盘,凹槽的深度为3-10mm,与切割片的切割深度相匹配。
本实用新型结构合理,不易割伤收线盘的表面,去线方便快速;保证了收线盘动平衡,避免收线盘转动时发生偏心现象。

如图所示的多线切割机收线盘,圆筒状盘体1的侧壁上开有二条轴向设置的凹槽2,呈径向对称设置。所述的凹槽2两端开口,贯穿盘体两端的凸部3,凹槽2的深度范围为3-10mm。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多线切割机收线盘,其特征在于所述的凹槽有两条,呈径向对称设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多线切割机收线盘,其特征在于所述凹槽的深度为3-10mm。
