本实用新型主要是一种纸管切割装置，适用于将较长的纸管分段切割。
背景技术
由于生产中使用的纸管长度不同，经常需要对纸管进行切割，原有纸管切割机上的刀垫由铝材构成，材质较硬，使用中经常损坏刀片，因而比较浪费刀片，增加了生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种纸管切割装置，其结构简单，采用尼龙刀垫，可以同时延长切刀和刀垫的使用寿命，节约了生产成本，且操作简单。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种纸管切割装置，包括有机座，机座上转动安装有转轴，其特征在于：所述的转轴外固定套有尼龙材质制作的刀垫，所述机座上在转轴的一侧固定有横轴，横轴上转动安装有支架，支架上安装有刀座，刀座上安装有环形刀片，所述的环形刀片正对着刀垫；所述的转轴上在刀垫的内侧安装有堵头。
所述的支架上还固定有手柄。
本实用新型中刀垫采用尼龙材质制作，因为尼龙柔软性好，与刀片接触时，
能有效地保护刀片不受损伤，延长了刀片的使用寿命。
本实用新型的操作方式是：
将纸管套在刀垫外，根据纸管所需尺寸调整堵头和环形刀片的距离，由堵头好固定纸管，然后打开电机转轴转动，转轴上纸管转动，此时按下手柄即可进行切管。
本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构简单，采用尼龙刀垫，可以同时延长切刀和刀垫的使用寿命，节约了生产成本，且操作简单。

参见图1，一种纸管切割装置，包括有机座1，机座1上转动安装有转轴2，所述的转轴2外固定套有尼龙材质制作的刀垫3，所述机座1上在转轴的一侧固定有横轴4，横轴4上转动安装有支架5，支架5上安装有刀座，刀座6上安装有环形刀片7，所述的环形刀7片正对着刀垫3；所述的转轴2上在刀垫的内侧安装有堵头8。
所述的支架5上还固定有手柄9。
