(二)背景技术
为了加工高精度盲孔,一般会采用镗床结构。现有的镗床,包括有带动镗刀旋转的变频电机和连接工件夹具的进给步进电机,由于变频电机的刹车位置是随意的,导致镗刀定位存在随机性,某些角度下镗刀容易拉伤工件的加工面,影响产品质量。
(三)发明内容
为了解决现有镗床存在的缺点,本实用新型提供了一种数控镗床,采用感应装置,有效控制镗刀的定位,避免拉伤工件加工面,提高产品质量。
为此,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种新型数控镗床,包括有床体、变频电机、主轴和镗刀,所述镗刀安装在主轴上,变频电机通过传送带连接主轴;还包括有进给步进电机,进给步进电机通过联轴器连接滚珠丝杆,所述滚珠丝杆连接工作台,工作台上设有工装夹具,所述主轴上设有镗刀刹车定位的感应头,所述感应头与接近开关电连接;所述变频电机、进给步进电机和接近开关与数控系统连接。
所述感应头和接近开关安装在主轴外侧面。
采用本实用新型具有以下优点:1、安装镗刀的主轴上设有镗刀刹车定位的感应头,所述感应头与接近开关电连接,从而有效控制变频电机的刹车位置,使镗刀停止时的角度可精准定位,解决了普通镗床镗好后会拉伤工件加工面的缺陷,使加工面光洁精准,提高了产品质量;2、结构简单、制作成本低、使用效果好。

参照图1-2,一种新型数控镗床,包括有床体1、变频电机2、主轴3和镗刀4,所述镗刀安装在主轴上,变频电机通过传送带5连接主轴;还包括有进给步进电机,进给步进电机通过联轴器连接滚珠丝杆7,所述滚珠丝杆连接工作台,工作台上设有工装夹具12,所述主轴上设有镗刀刹车定位的感应头21,所述感应头与接近开关22电连接;所述变频电机、进给步进电机和接近开关与数控系统16连接。所述感应头和接近开关安装在主轴外侧面。

1.一种新型数控镗床,包括有床体、变频电机、主轴和镗刀,所述镗刀安装在主轴上,变频电机通过传送带连接主轴;还包括有进给步进电机,进给步进电机通过联轴器连接滚珠丝杆,所述滚珠丝杆连接工作台,工作台上设有工装夹具,其特征在于:所述主轴上设有镗刀刹车定位的感应头,所述感应头与接近开关电连接;
所述变频电机、进给步进电机和接近开关与数控系统连接。
