本实用新型公开了一种双螺杆挤出机冷却水槽,包括水槽本体,所述水槽本体一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口,所述水槽本体底部设有水流加速装置。所述水流加速装置为沿水流流动方向设置的若干个拨水叶轮。所述进水口和出水口上设有水流控制阀门。本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,拨水叶轮不仅加速了水槽内水的流动,而且对水有一定搅拌作用,同时通过进水口和出水口水流控制阀门的作用,水槽内水温可以一直保持在较适宜的温度,提高了成型后塑料的冷却效果。

本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆挤出机冷却水槽。
背景技术
由双螺杆挤出机挤出成型的塑料挤包层在离开机头后,应立即进行冷却定型,否则会在重力的作用下发生变形。冷却的方式通常采用水冷却。现有的冷却通常采用冷却水槽冷却,然而冷却水槽中的水灾水槽中的流动以平流为主,难以充分发挥水的冷却作用,对塑料的冷却效果不够好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种冷却效果更好的双螺杆挤出机冷却水槽。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种双螺杆挤出机冷却水槽,包括水槽本体,所述水槽本体一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口,其特征在于:所述水槽本体底部设有水流加速装置。
作为优选,所述水流加速装置为沿水流流动方向设置的若干个拨水叶轮。
作为优选,所述进水口和出水口上设有水流控制阀门。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,拨水叶轮不仅加速了水槽内水的流动,而且对水有一定搅拌作用,同时通过进水口和出水口水流控制阀门的作用,水槽内水温可以一直保持在较适宜的温度,提高了成型后塑料的冷却效果。

成型后塑料6置于水槽内水面下,水流从进水口2向出水口3流动,水流对塑料6进行冷却。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺杆挤出机冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述水流加速装置为沿水流流动方向设置的若干个拨水叶轮(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺杆挤出机冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述进水口(2)和出水口(3)上设有水流控制阀门(5)。
