本实用新型公开了一种粉末涂料挤出机,包括进料斗(1)、机筒(2)、调速电机、冷却辊(3)、冷却带(4)、破碎机和控制器,所述的调速电机与控制器电连接,所述的进料斗(1)与机筒(2)连通,机筒(2)在冷却辊(3)的上方,所述的挤出机还包括变频器,所述的变频器分别与控制器和调速电机电连接,变频器上还连接有急停反转开关(5);急停反转开关(5)安装在机座(6)上,并位于冷却辊(3)的旁边。采用本实用新型结构,变频器能够改变电流极性,在有异物掉落在冷却辊上时,手动控制急停反转开关,使变频器改变电流的极性从而使调速电机反转,冷却辊反转,掉落在上面的异物就会随之向外转并从上面掉下,从而有效地保护了冷却辊。

背景技术:
粉末涂料又称粉体涂料,是一种以空气为分散介质,由树脂、颜填料和各种添加剂组成的粉末状涂料,一般可以划分为热塑性和热固性两种。粉末涂料一般采用粉末涂料挤出机生产,粉末涂料挤出机包括进料斗、机筒、调速电机、冷却辊、冷却带、破碎机和控制器,所述的调速电机与控制器连接,所述的进料斗与机筒连通,所述的机筒在冷却辊的上方。
将混合好的物料加入进料斗,并从进料斗进入挤出机机筒,经机筒第一段(加料段),物料在此阶段不会熔融,物料随螺杆传动,被带入第二段(压缩段),该段为加热阶段,物料开始熔融,物料间的摩擦力增加,形成高粘体,继续随螺杆传动进入高剪切的第三段(均化段),使它有效分离颜料聚集体,达到充分分散的目的;经机筒挤出后的物料落在冷却辊的上方,冷却辊向内转动,物料随着冷却辊向下落到冷却带上,经冷却带传送至破碎机破碎。破碎、粉碎过筛,挤出后物料经压片、成型,采用金属板运用风冷或水冷后,用破碎机,得到均匀薄片状物。
由于,粉末涂料挤出机的冷却辊在工作的时候是自外向内转动的,当有异物掉入时,异物就会被卷入冷却辊内侧,容易导致冷却辊损坏。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题,是提供一种能防止异物掉落在冷却辊上而损坏冷却辊,并起到安全防护作用的粉末涂料挤出机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,提供以下结构粉末涂料挤出机,包括进料斗、机筒、调速电机、冷却辊、冷却带、破碎机和控制器,所述的调速电机与控制器连接,所述的进料斗与机筒连通,所述的机筒在冷却辊的上方。
所述的挤出机还包括变频器,所述的变频器分别与控制器和调速电机电连接,所述的变频器上还连接有急停反转开关。
采用以上结构后与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:采用本实用新型结构,比现有技术增加了变频器,变频器不仅能使调速电机在不同频率下,还能够改变电流极性,在有异物掉落在冷却辊上时,手动控制急停反转开关,使变频器改变电流的极性从而使调速电机反转,冷却辊就由自外向内转变为自内向外转,掉落在上面的异物就会随之向外转并从上面掉下,从而有效地保护了冷却辊。
作为改进,所述的急停反转开关安装在机座上,并位于冷却辊的旁边,这样,当操作人员发现有异物掉落在冷却辊上时,能够随手按下冷却辊的旁边的急停反转开关,操作简便、迅捷。
作为进一步改进,所述的急停反转开关周边设有保护套,这样,防止粉末涂料挤出机在正常运作时操作人员不小心触碰急停反转开关,保证挤出机正常运行。
