本实用新型是一种烤盘，特别是一种用于烤箱的烤盘，属于烤盘的改进技术。
背景技术
现有用于烤箱的烤盘，其食物放置区呈平板状，烧烤食物时，食物放在食物放置区上，加热时食物(如烤肉)渗出的油和/或水会堆积在食物放置区的表面，食物被过多的油和水浸泡，会影响食物的烧烤效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种烧烤效果好，方便清洗的烤盘。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种烤盘，包括烤盘，其中烤盘包括食物放置区及设置在食物放置区周围的挡沿，其特征在于所述食物放置区设置有一个以上积油槽。
上述积油槽设置在食物放置区的周边位置。
上述食物放置区呈长方形或方形，食物放置区的一侧设置有一条积油槽，或两侧分别设置有一条积油槽。
上述食物放置区做成波纹状，波纹状的凹槽与积油槽相通。
本实用新型由于采用在烤盘食物放置区设置有积油槽的结构，烧烤食物时由食物渗出的油和/或水会流到积油槽内，食物不会长时间被油和/或水浸泡，因此，大大提高了食物的烧烤效果。
作为本实用新型进一步的改进，烤盘底部做成波纹状，烤食物时渗出的油和/或水可通过波纹状的凹槽流入到积油槽内，波纹状烤盘面使食物和烤盘的接触面积减少，大大改善了烧烤过程中食物粘连到烤盘上的问题，使烤盘易于清洗。

实施例：
如图2所示，本实用新型烤盘，包括烤盘1，其中烤盘1包括食物放置区11及设置在食物放置区周围的挡沿12，所述食物放置区11设置有一个以上积油槽13。
为能方便放置食物及放置更多食物，上述积油槽13设置在食物放置区11的周边位置。本实施例中，上述食物放置区11呈长方形或方形，食物放置区11的一侧设置有一条积油槽13。
为使烤盘易于清洗，上述食物放置区11做成波纹状，波纹状的凹槽14与积油槽13相通。

1.一种烤盘，包括烤盘(1)，其中烤盘(1)包括食物放置区(11)及设置在食物放置区周围的挡沿(12)，其特征在于所述食物放置区(11)设置有一个以上积油槽(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烤盘，其特征在于上述积油槽(13)设置在食物放置区(11)的周边位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的烤盘，其特征在于上述食物放置区(11)呈长方形或方形，食物放置区(11)的一侧设置有一条积油槽(13)，或两侧分别设置有一条积油槽(13)。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的烤盘，其特征在于上述食物放置区(11)做成波纹状，波纹状的凹槽(14)与积油槽(13)相通。
