一种全不锈钢一体式太阳能集热板芯,其设置于集热器中,包括集热板、两根集热联管、若干集热排管,所述两根集热联管相互平行,所述集热板平放固定于两根集热联管之间,所述若干集热排管放置于所述集热板上,所述集热板、两根集热联管、若干集热排管由整体不锈钢板冲压一体成型。
优选地,本实用新型所述集热板、两根集热联管、若干集热排管分别通过机械焊接相互连接。
由上可见,与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下有益效果:
本实用新型经由整体不锈钢板直接冲压一体成型,然后相对自动焊接,使得集热板内的液体可迅速加温,集热面直接对液体加温,将导热损耗减到最低,集热效果较高,而且结构简单,易于加工,生产成本较低,有利于标准化的批量生产。

为了降低生产成本,在本实施例中,集热板1、两根集热联管3、若干集热排管2分别通过机械焊接相互连接,实际操作时,本实施例通过整体不锈钢板直接冲压成型,然后相对自动焊接而成,生产工艺比较简单。
