技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能吸热板芯,尤其是一种平板太阳能吸热板芯。
背景技术
目前行业中,平板太阳能的吸热板芯大都以整板超声波焊接为主,该结构工艺简单,加工方便,但是吸热板与铜管之间的热传递效果不好,整板面积也小。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种热传递效果好,吸热面积大的平板太阳能吸热板芯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用下述技术方案:
一种平板太阳能吸热板芯,包括若干并列插接在一起的翅片,翅片中胀接有铜管,铜管两端分别与上下设置的进、出液管固定连接组成一个整体。
所述翅片的一侧上设有插槽,相临的两个翅片通过插槽插接在一起。
所述翅片断面呈V形,V形的夹角为8°~15°。
所述各铜管之间的管间距为90㎜~100㎜。
所述铜管与进、出液管焊接连接。
本实用新型采用若干个翅片组成一个整板结构,增大了吸热板芯的吸热面积,增加了铜管与翅片之间的热交换面积,热传递效果好。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,一种平板太阳能吸热板芯,包括若干并列插接在一起的翅片1,翅片1中胀接有铜管2,铜管2两端分别与上下设置的进、出液管4、5焊接连接组成一个整体。翅片1的一侧上设有插槽3,相临的两个翅片1通过插槽3插接在一起。翅片1断面呈V形,V形的夹角为8°~15°。各铜管2之间的管间距为90㎜~100㎜。
本实用新型采用若干个翅片组成一个整板结构,增大了吸热板芯的吸热面积,增加了铜管与翅片之间的热交换面积,热传递效果好。

1.一种平板太阳能吸热板芯,其特征在于:包括若干并列插接在一起的翅片,翅片中胀接有铜管,铜管两端分别与上下设置的进、出液管固定连接组成一个整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平板太阳能吸热板芯,其特征在于:所述翅片的一侧上设有插槽,相临的两个翅片通过插槽插接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的平板太阳能吸热板芯,其特征在于:所述翅片断面呈V形,V形的夹角为8°~15°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的平板太阳能吸热板芯,其特征在于:所述各铜管之间的管间距为90㎜~100㎜。
