在建筑方面，有一些起隔断作用的非承压场合，要用到PVC板。如办公空间的隔断，卫生间的隔断等。已有的板材有些虽然也能满足使用的要求，但是还存在一些问题，主要表现在：耐腐蚀性差，易翘曲变形。

本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种PVC夹心板，其特征是，包括两个相互平行的第一PVC层和第二PVC层，及处于第一PVC层和第二PVC层之间的泡沫板夹心层。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种PVC夹心板，包括两个相互平行的第一PVC层1和第二PVC层2，及处于第一PVC层和第二PVC层之间的聚苯乙烯泡沫板夹心层3。夹心层3与第一PVC层1贴合面处使用环氧树脂胶剂粘接，夹心层3与第二PVC层2贴合面处使用环氧树脂胶剂粘接。
为了增加PVC夹心板的强度，第一PVC层和第二PVC层的外表面上设置加强筋4。
所述的第一PVC层与第二PVC层的边缘处有将夹心层密封起来的封边层5，缝边层使用PVC塑料片，通过使用环氧树脂胶剂与第一PVC层及第二PVC层粘接连接。将夹心层密封起来，延长板材的使用寿命。
