本实用新型涉及一种房屋建筑空调板，尤其涉及一种空调板防护装置。
背景技术
以前的空调外机都是放在由角铁组成的三角架上，三角架用膨胀螺栓固定在建筑物外墙上，由于其安全性问题，现在房屋建造时都设计有专用钢筋混凝土空调板来搁置空调外机。但是由于雨水的长期侵蚀，当水穿透混凝土表面进入内部后，钢筋会遭到锈蚀，时间长了，锈迹扩展，使混凝土开裂，裂缝会不断的加深，这不仅影响了建筑物的外形美观和使用寿命，而且在严重时，可能会影响人们的生活安全，所以需要不定期的来进行处理，这样大大增加了维护工作量。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单合理、防水性能优良，能有效延长空调板使用寿命的空调板防护装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：空调板防护装置，包括设置在空调板基层墙体外表面的防护层，所述防护层与基层墙体的形状相适配，所述防护层包括由基层墙体向外固定连接的聚苯板、耐碱玻璃网格布、防护面层和涂料饰面层，所述基层墙体与所述聚苯板之间通过粘结剂满粘在一起。
所述基层墙体与所述聚苯板之间设有防水涂料层。
所述聚苯板采用L型板。
所述空调板基层墙体的防护层上设有鹰嘴。
采用了上述技术方案后，本实用新型取得的有益效果是：通过在空调板的基层墙体外表面设置防护层，可以起到基本的防护作用，并且通过将基层墙体与聚苯板之间用粘结剂进行满粘，通过这种满粘方式，可以使基层墙体与聚苯板粘结的更加牢固，从而防止因为雨水渗漏而引起的墙体开裂等问题，有效地避免了雨水渗透到基层墙体，从而提高了防水效果，延长了空调板的使用寿命。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，而且防水性能优良，有效防止了雨水的侵蚀，延长了空调板的使用寿命。

如附图所示，空调板防护装置，包括设置在空调板基层墙体(1)外表面的防护层，防护层与基层墙体(1)的形状相适配，防护层包括由基层墙体(1)向外固定连接的聚苯板(2)、耐碱玻璃网格布(3)、防护面层(4)和涂料饰面层(5)，基层墙体(1)与聚苯板(2)之间通过粘结剂满粘在一起，通过这种满粘方式，可以使基层墙体与聚苯板粘结的更加牢固，从而防止因为雨水渗漏而引起的墙体开裂等问题，有效地避免了雨水渗透到基层墙体，从而提高了防水效果，延长了空调板的使用寿命。
基层墙体(1)与所述聚苯板(2)之间设有防水涂料层(6)，可以有效的避免雨水渗透到基层墙体。聚苯板(2)采用L型板。
空调板基层墙体(1)的防护层上设有鹰嘴(7)，这样雨水沿板件经过鹰嘴向下滴落，可起到防流挂的作用。
聚苯板(2)的容重为20kg/m3，可有利于空调板部位的承重。在空调安装前，应在空调板上安装有四个分散重力的垫片，可分散空调的重力，使空调板受力均匀。
本实用新型结构简单合理、防水性能优良，有效防止了雨水的侵蚀。提高了空调板的外型美观和使用寿命。

1.空调板防护装置，包括设置在空调板基层墙体(1)外表面的防护层，所述防护层与基层墙体(1)的形状相适配，其特征在于，所述防护层包括由基层墙体(1)向外固定连接的聚苯板(2)、耐碱玻璃网格布(3)、防护面层(4)和涂料饰面层(5)，所述基层墙体(1)与所述聚苯板(2)之间通过粘结剂满粘在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调板防护装置，其特征在于：所述基层墙体(1)与所述聚苯板(2)之间设有防水涂料层(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空调板防护装置，其特征在于：所述聚苯板(2)采用L型板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空调板防护装置，其特征在于：所述空调板基层墙体(1)的防护层上设有鹰嘴(7)。
