Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种颈椎融合器,包括上表面、下表面和连接二者的柱状体,柱状体上设置有前后贯通的填充孔;还包括至少一个显影销;所述柱状体上设有与显影销形状、个数一致的显影销孔,用于置入显影销。本实用新型在柱状体上设置有至少一个显影销,这样在颈椎处植入本颈椎融合器后,随时可以通过X光拍片的方式看到融合器的准确位置,方便术后的检查。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种融合器,特别涉及颈椎融合器。
背景技术
进行颈椎手术时,为了恢复椎间高度和颈椎的生理弧度,使颈椎达到即刻稳定,在减压区需进行植骨融合。现有融合器大部分是TC4材质或者PEEK材质的,其中TC4材质的融合器在术后进行恢复性检查拍片时能后准确显示融合器的位置,但PEEK材质的融合器却无法显示位置,因此就不能准确地判断颈椎融合器是否移位,无法做出及时有针对性的调整。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种在拍片时清楚显示融合器位置的颈椎融合器。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种颈椎融合器,包括上表面、下表面和连接二者的柱状体,柱状体上设置有前后贯通的填充孔;还包括至少一个显影销;所述柱状体上设有与显影销形状、个数一致的显影销孔,用于置入显影销。
所述上表面和下表面上均设有防滑结构。
所述柱状体的前后两个侧面上均设置有向外的刺状的突起。
所述柱状体的左右两个侧面上设置有凹槽。
所述显影销设置有三个。
采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型具有以下的积极效果:(1)本实用新型在柱状体上设置有至少一个显影销,这样在颈椎处植入本颈椎融合器后,随时可以通过X光拍片的方式看到融合器的准确位置,方便术后的检查。
(2)本实用新型在上下表面上均设有防滑结构,能够使融合器更好地与颈椎椎体紧密接触。
(3)本实用新型柱状体的前后两个侧面上设置刺状的突起,可以增加融合器与颈椎椎体的接触面积,使融合器固位稳定,不易滑落。
(4)本实用新型的柱状段上设置有前后贯通的填充孔,这样能放置骨粉等,便于术后的骨融合。
(5)本实用新型柱状体的左右两个侧面上设置有凹槽,方便与植入工具的配合。

见图1和图2,本实施例的颈椎融合器,颈椎融合器,包括上表面1、下表面2、连接二者的柱状体3和三个显影销4,柱状体3上设置有前后贯通的填充孔31;柱状体3上设有三个与显影销4形状一致的显影销孔,用于置入显影销4。上表面1和下表面2上均设有防滑结构。柱状体3的前后两个侧面上均设置有向外的刺状的突起32。柱状体3的左右两个侧面上设置有凹槽33。实用时,用工具夹持在凹槽33处,即可轻松将本颈椎融合器送入颈椎间隙中。

1.一种颈椎融合器,包括上表面(1)、下表面(2)和连接二者的柱状体(3),柱状体(3)上设置有前后贯通的填充孔(31);其特征在于:还包括至少一个显影销(4);所述柱状体(3)上设有与显影销(4)形状、个数一致的显影销孔,用于置入显影销(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎融合器,其特征在于:所述上表面(1)和下表面(2)上均设有防滑结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的颈椎融合器,其特征在于:所述柱状体(3)的前后两个侧面上均设置有向外的刺状的突起(32)。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的颈椎融合器,其特征在于:所述柱状体(3)的左右两个侧面上设置有凹槽(33)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的颈椎融合器,其特征在于:所述显影销(4)设置有三个。
