本实用新型涉及一种建筑施工用装置，特别是涉及一种混凝土楼板限位装置。
背景技术
混凝土楼板限位装置是建筑施工中给排水、空调、消防和煤气管线系统在建筑施工中的关键节点。施工中孔洞的位置准确与否直接影响到后期管道安装的施工质量及观感质量，它主要包括管道穿越楼板、墙、剪力墙、梁及屋面防水层的孔洞限位装置。目前的建筑施工一般采用PPR管或PVC管，采用这种材料限位不够准确，从而影响了施工质量，另外，限位装置在施工后不能重复利用，从而造成了浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构简单，使用方便的混凝土楼板限位装置。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
混凝土楼板限位装置，包括限位管、盖板和锁定装置，限位管安装在混凝土楼板内的木模板顶端，限位管顶端设有盖板，限位管和盖板通过锁定装置固定在木模板上。
所述的限位管顶端设有凹槽，凹槽的宽度与盖板宽度相对应，盖板安装在凹槽内。
所述的限位管为钢管。
所述的盖板为钢板。
所述的锁定装置包括螺杆和螺丝帽，螺杆底部呈直角弯折型并卡在木模板底端，螺杆顶端穿过钢管和钢板并安装螺丝帽，盖板通过螺丝帽和螺杆固定在限位管顶端的凹槽内，盖板和限位管通过螺丝帽和螺杆与木模板固定在一起。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型采用钢管限位，不怕挤压，不易变形，耐腐蚀，有效的保证了施工质量。
2、本实用新型的限位管和盖板可重复利用，从而降低了施工成本。

具体实施方式
混凝土楼板限位装置，如图1、图2所示，包括限位管1、盖板2和锁定装置，限位管1安装在混凝土楼板5内的木模板6顶端，限位管1顶端设有盖板2，限位管1和盖板2通过锁定装置固定在木模板6上。限位管1顶端设有凹槽，凹槽的宽度与盖板2宽度相对应，盖板2安装在凹槽内。限位管1采用钢管制成，盖板2采用钢板制成。锁定装置包括螺杆4和螺丝帽3，螺杆4底部呈直角弯折型并卡在木模板6底端，螺杆4顶端穿过钢管和钢板并安装螺丝帽3，盖板2通过螺丝帽3和螺杆4固定在限位管1顶端的凹槽内，盖板2和限位管1通过螺丝帽3和螺杆4与木模板6固定在一起。

1.混凝土楼板限位装置，其特征在于，包括限位管、盖板和锁定装置，限位管安装在混凝土楼板内的木模板顶端，限位管顶端设有盖板，限位管和盖板通过锁定装置固定在木模板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土楼板限位装置，其特征在于，所述的限位管顶端设有凹槽，凹槽的宽度与盖板宽度相对应，盖板安装在凹槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土楼板限位装置，其特征在于，所述的限位管为钢管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土楼板限位装置，其特征在于，所述的盖板为钢板。
5.根据权利要求1～4中任意一项所述的混凝土楼板限位装置，其特征在于，所述的锁定装置包括螺杆和螺丝帽，螺杆底部呈直角弯折型并卡在木模板底端，螺杆顶端穿过钢管和钢板并安装螺丝帽，盖板通过螺丝帽和螺杆固定在限位管顶端的凹槽内，盖板和限位管通过螺丝帽和螺杆与木模板固定在一起。
