本实用新型涉及工业机构设备的零部件改进，是一种圆锥球磨机专用弧形面端部衬板，其特征是：衬板正面的中部为弧形面，正面的上、下两端为斜面，衬板弧形面的最大厚度不小于130mm；本实用新型比普通端部衬板使用寿命提高50％以上。
Description
(一)技术领域：本实用新型涉及选矿工业机械设备的零部件改进技术，尤其是一种圆锥球磨机专用弧形面端部衬板。
(二)背景技术：端部衬板是圆锥球磨机上的一个重要零部件，端部衬板主要作用是保护球磨机端盖，衬板多用高锰钢、铬钢、耐磨铸铁或橡胶的材料制成，其中高锰钢应用最为广泛，并且传统的衬板以平板式结构为主。衬板是球磨机的易损件，它在工作时受钢球及矿料的冲击及磨削作用，不断磨损，使用寿命较短，一般每半年时间端部衬板就必须更换。
(三)发明内容：本实用新型的目的就是要解决现有圆锥球磨机上的端部衬板使用寿命短的问题，提供一种圆锥球磨机专用弧形面端部衬板。
本实用新型的具体方案是：圆锥球磨机专用弧形面端部衬板，其特征是：衬板正面的中部为弧形面，正面的上、下两端为斜面，衬板弧形面的最大厚度不小于130mm。
本实用新型针对端部衬板的磨损特征将现有的平板式衬板改为了弧形衬板，并将最大厚度由原来的100mm增加到130mm以上，同时将衬板正面上、下两端设计为斜面，使中部加厚，两端减薄，总的用料变化不大，而本实用新型的使用寿命可提高50％以上。

(五)具体实施方式：
参见图1、图2，本实用新型是采用高锰钢制成端部衬板1，该端部衬板1上开有两个螺栓安装孔2，特别是衬板正面中部3为弧形面，正面的上、下两端为斜面，衬板弧形面的最大厚度不小于130mm。
