本实用新型涉及一种漆包机水箱导轮自动清洗装置。
背景技术
目前,在铜线拉丝生产过程中,由于生产的连续进行,漆包机的上导轮会沾染上各种污垢,当铜线从导轮上经过时,这些污垢就会附着在铜线表面,影响铜线的质量。虽然目前也会对漆包机的导轮定期进行清洗,但目前还没有一种结构比较简单一些的设备能对导轮进行持续清洗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的则是针对目前上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单实用,可连续清洗的漆包机水箱导轮自动清洗装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种漆包机水箱导轮自动清洗装置,其特征是它包括有水箱,在水箱中设有毛毡夹板和导轮,毛毡夹板上设有毛毡条,毛毡条位于导轮的轮槽内并与之接触。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
结构简单实用,成本低,可实现对漆包机导轮的连续清洗,提高工作效率,提升产品质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,漆包机的导轮3位于本实用新型的水箱1中,水箱1中通有流动水。在水箱1中还设置了毛毡夹板2,毛毡夹板2上设有毛毡条4,毛毡条4位于导轮3的轮槽内并与之接触。当导轮3被铜线牵引而转动时,毛毡夹板2上的毛毡条4对导轮3进行清洗。通过在毛毡夹板2上设置多根毛毡条4,可以实现对多个导轮3的清洗,工作效率极高,并且成本较低。
本实用新型涉及的其它未说明部份与现有技术相同。
