本实用新型涉及一种漆包机水箱导轮自动清洗装置。
背景技术
目前，在铜线拉丝生产过程中，由于生产的连续进行，漆包机的上导轮会沾染上各种污垢，当铜线从导轮上经过时，这些污垢就会附着在铜线表面，影响铜线的质量。虽然目前也会对漆包机的导轮定期进行清洗，但目前还没有一种结构比较简单一些的设备能对导轮进行持续清洗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的则是针对目前上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单实用，可连续清洗的漆包机水箱导轮自动清洗装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种漆包机水箱导轮自动清洗装置，其特征是它包括有水箱，在水箱中设有毛毡夹板和导轮，毛毡夹板上设有毛毡条，毛毡条位于导轮的轮槽内并与之接触。
本实用新型的有益效果有：
结构简单实用，成本低，可实现对漆包机导轮的连续清洗，提高工作效率，提升产品质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
如图1所示，漆包机的导轮3位于本实用新型的水箱1中，水箱1中通有流动水。在水箱1中还设置了毛毡夹板2，毛毡夹板2上设有毛毡条4，毛毡条4位于导轮3的轮槽内并与之接触。当导轮3被铜线牵引而转动时，毛毡夹板2上的毛毡条4对导轮3进行清洗。通过在毛毡夹板2上设置多根毛毡条4，可以实现对多个导轮3的清洗，工作效率极高，并且成本较低。
本实用新型涉及的其它未说明部份与现有技术相同。
