[背景技术]
以前生产的蝶阀仅用“O”型密封圈作衬垫,装配完以后经压力测试合格后出厂,用户使用一段时间后出现跑、渗、漏的缺陷,这严重影响了产品的质量。 
[发明内容]
自动调节蝶阀,其特征在于,包括自动轮1、控制箱2、衬套3、“O”型密封圈4、环形凹槽5、阀座6、主轴7、阀体8,所述自动调节蝶阀,控制箱2设于阀座6上,自动轮1与控制箱2连接,所述的衬套3安装在穿过阀座6和阀体8的主轴7上,并位于阀体8与阀座6的结合部,环形凹槽5设于衬套3上,“O”型密封圈4镶嵌在衬套3的径向上。所述的蝶阀的衬套3由聚四氟乙烯材料制成,所述的蝶阀,环形凹槽5外侧面夹角可为80-100°,环形凹槽5数量为1或2个。 
本实用新型的优点是:由于生产的蝶阀的具有衬套,在衬套的径向嵌设有“O”型密封圈,衬套3的轴向上设有1或2个环形凹槽5,而且蝶阀关键部位是经过专门设计的,使密封性能大大增强,有效的克服了蝶阀存在的跑、渗、漏的缺陷,使用效果明显。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作详细描述: 
用聚四氟乙烯材料作衬胶阀门的衬套,聚四氟乙烯材料经造型、加工、烧结然后按照刁<同规格尺寸切削加工成型,再将“O”型密封圈嵌在衬套的径向,再将衬套安装在穿过阀门的阀体、阀座的主轴上,并位于阀体与阀座的结合部,即蝶阀的关键部位。阀门的衬套上还设有1或2个对应的环形凹槽内。由于整个蝶阀是上下对夹紧固的,当蝶板开启或关闭时衬套上的“O”型密封圈和衬套上的会起到有效的密封作用,从而克服了蝶阀存在的跑、渗、漏的缺陷,保证了蝶阀的质量。

1.自动调节蝶阀,其特征在于,包括自动轮、控制箱、衬套、“O”型密封圈、环形凹槽、阀座、主轴、阀体,所述自动调节蝶阀的控制箱设于阀座上,自动轮与控制箱连接,所述的衬套安装在穿过阀座和阀体的主轴上,并位于阀体与阀座的结合部,环形凹槽设于衬套上,“O”型密封圈镶嵌在衬套的径向上,所述的蝶阀的衬套由聚四氟乙烯材料制成,所述的蝶阀,环形凹槽外侧面夹角可为80-100°,环形凹槽数量为1或2个。
