背景技术
炉前料仓位于窑炉的前端,负责不间断的给窑炉提供混合好的物料,混合料进窑炉前必备的储存仓,炉前料仓的好坏直接设计到混合料的好坏,对最后的玻璃基板成型也起到品质的制约。液晶玻璃基板炉前料仓处于高温区,混合物料容易结块,从而导致物料流动不畅。为了防止物料的结块,传统的方法通常采用水冷方式或放置保温板等阻止热的辐射,冷却效果不好。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中液晶玻璃基板炉前料仓的冷却效果不好,导致混合物料结块,流动不畅,影响生产效率的问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:带有冷却功能的液晶玻璃炉前料仓,结构中包括有:机构中包括有底部设置有振动电机的炉前料仓本体,在炉前料仓本体的下部外表面套装设置冷却风罩,炉前料仓本体与冷却风罩之间形成空气通道。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在炉前料仓本体的下部外表面焊接有冷却风罩,在冷却风罩上设置有相应的多个冷却风进口,提高了炉前料仓的冷却速度,解决了高温区混合物料易结块,从而导致物料流动不畅的问题,保证了物料的流动性,保证了窑炉加料的连续性、稳定性、均匀性,提高了生产效率。本实用新型结构简单,实用性强,成本低,冷却速度快,有效的提高了生产效率。

参看附图,本实用新型为了解决高温区混合物料易结块,从而导致物料流动不畅的问题,保证了物料的流动性,保证了窑炉加料的连续性、稳定性、均匀性,采用的技术方案是:带有冷却功能的的液晶玻璃炉前料仓,结构中包括有:机构中包括有底部设置有振动电机4的炉前料仓本体1,在炉前料仓本体1的下部外表面套装设置冷却风罩2,炉前料仓本体1与冷却风罩2之间形成空气通道。
本实用新型的技术方案中,所述的冷却风罩2的上部均匀设置有冷却风进口3,冷却风进口3与配套的冷却风鼓入装置连接。
本实用新型的技术方案中,所述的冷却风罩2的下部与振动电机4对应的位置设置有冷却风出口。
本实用新型的技术方案中,所述的冷却风进口3的个数为2-6个。
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、冷却效果好的结构。本实用新型是通过下列手段实现的。在炉前料仓本体1的外边面焊接一个冷却风罩2,类似于保温瓶的结构分内层和外层,即炉前料仓本体1为内层,冷却风罩2为外层,炉前料仓本体1与冷却风罩2之间形成空气通道。内层与外层采用焊接的连接方式。炉前料仓的冷却风通过冷却风罩的顶部四个接口引入,从而形成冷却风在炉前料仓本体1周围循环,再在炉前料仓本体1振动电机4处的冷却风出口排出,达到冷却的目的。在炉前料仓外围增加风冷冷却装置,从而保证了物料的流动性,保证了窑炉加料的连续性、稳定性、均匀性。

1.带有冷却功能的液晶玻璃炉前料仓,结构中包括有:机构中包括有底部设置有振动电机(4)的炉前料仓本体(1),其特征在于:在炉前料仓本体(1)的下部外表面套装设置冷却风罩(2),炉前料仓本体(1)与冷却风罩(2)之间形成空气通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有冷却功能的液晶玻璃炉前料仓,其特征在于:所述的冷却风罩(2)的上部均匀设置有冷却风进口(3),冷却风进口(3)与配套的冷却风鼓入装置连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有冷却功能的液晶玻璃炉前料仓,其特征在于:所述的冷却风罩(2)的下部与振动电机(4)对应的位置设置有冷却风出口。
4.根据权利要求2所述的带有冷却功能的液晶玻璃炉前料仓,其特征在于:所述的冷却风进口(3)的个数为2-6个。
