本实用新型涉及一种恒温装置，更具体地说，尤其涉及涂料加工中的一种色浆冷却恒温装置。
背景技术
在传统的涂料加工工艺中，半成品涂料在进行分散色浆后，还需要进行机器研磨，使其中一些较大的颗粒粉碎，达到充分的混合，但是涂料在高速分散后，温度较高，有时会出现由于高温而影响色相的情况，而且色浆在进入研磨机里面进行研磨时，由于温度太高，非常容易出现堵死机器的现象，使得在工作过程中，要经常停机对研磨机进行清理，然后才能再开机工作，上述清理工序需要不定时地重复操作，非常浪费时间，不仅影响生产效率，也会影响到产品的质量。

本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、能有效控制色浆温度的色浆冷却恒温装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种色浆冷却恒温装置，包括支座，其特征在于，所述的支座上设有密封缸，在密封缸上设有进料口和出料口以及进水口和出水口，所述的进料口和出料口在密封缸内部通过盘管连接，进水口和出水口连接外部的循环冷却水。
上述的一种色浆冷却恒温装置，其中所述的进料口和出料口分别位于密封缸的顶部及底部，所述的进水口位于密封缸一侧上方，出水口位于密封缸一侧下方。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，通过密封缸中的盘管连接物料进出口，并在密封缸中利用冷却水对盘管进行冷却，使通过盘管的色浆可以得到有效冷却，通过控制冷却水的速度，可以有效控制经过盘管的色浆的温度，保证色浆的色相，也使其在进入下研磨工序时，不会由于高温而出现堵死机器现象。

参阅图1所示，本实用新型的一种色浆冷却恒温装置，包括支座1，在支座1上设有密封缸2，在密封缸2顶部设有进料口2a在密封缸底部设有出料口2b，进料口2a和出料口2b在密封缸2内部通过盘管3连接，在密封缸的右侧上方设有进水口2c，在密封缸2左侧下方设有出水口2d，进水口2c和出水口2d连接外部的循环冷却水，对经过密封缸2中的盘管3的色浆进行冷却，保证其温度在适当范围内。

1.一种色浆冷却恒温装置，包括支座(1)，其特征在于，所述的支座(1)上设有密封缸(2)，在密封缸(2)上设有进料口(2a)和出料口(2b)以及进水口(2c)和出水口(2d)，所述的进料口(2a)和出料口(2b)在密封缸(2)内部通过盘管(3)连接，进水口(2c)和出水口(2d)连接外部的循环冷却水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种色浆冷却恒温装置，其特征在于，所述的进料口(2a)和出料口(2b)分别位于密封缸(2)的顶部及底部，所述的进水口(2c)位于密封缸(2)一侧上方，出水口(2d)位于密封缸(2)一侧下方。
