技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力机车受电弓滑板,特别涉及一种适用于自动降弓装置的电力机车受电弓滑板气道。
背景技术
受电弓滑板是电力机车运行的关键部件。在机车运行过程中,受电弓滑板与接触网接触并且具有高速的相对运动,期间不断受接触网的高速冲击和频繁振动。一旦滑板出现破裂等损伤问题,破裂处强度大幅度下降,在接触网的不断冲击和振动的条件下,边缘极易碎裂脱落形成一个槽。当机车转弯时接触网容易被卡造成弓、网的损坏,产生严重的安全事故。
为避免上述情况,现在电力机车采用一种受电弓的自动降弓系统。自动降弓系统的基本原理是在滑板内设置一个气道,由风源系统从受电弓向其供应压缩空气。当滑板破裂时,气道随之破损,压缩空气从滑板气道中泄漏,快速降弓阀将排除受电弓抬升装置中的空气,实现快速降弓,也就是说,滑板破裂造成气道破损,使压缩空气泄漏,自动降弓才会实现。
图1是滑板的横截面视图,其中11为碳条,12为粘结层,13为气道,14为铝托。现有技术的一种气道采用铜管制成,铜管的外径是3.5mm,内径是2.1mm,铜管壁厚0.7mm。当由于撞击、振动等因素造成滑板开裂破损时,设置在碳条11内的气道铜管13应随之断裂,压缩空气泄露,使自动降弓装置实现受电弓自动降弓,避免产生进一步的严重事故。
为了保证气道铜管13在碳条11出现开裂破损时能及时断裂,在铜管13上间隔一定距离切割出细槽16,细槽16是沿垂直轴线的圆切割出来的。这样,当碳条11出现开裂等意外情况时,气道铜管13将会在这些细槽16的薄弱位置断开,使气道内压缩空气泄露,自动降弓系统产生自动降弓。由于现有技术的这种细槽16是沿滑板长度方向间隔一定距离切割形成的,当碳条11开裂破损部位处于两条切割细槽16之间时,气道铜管13可能不会断开,由此产生安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种电力机车自动降弓系统的受电弓滑板气道,用于克服以上的不足。

本实用新型的受电弓滑板气道,细槽是沿铜管外表面切割成螺旋线,因此沿气道铜管的整个长度上都有细槽,由此可以可靠地保证在碳条任意位置出现开裂破损时,气道铜管都能断开,从而使自动降弓系统实现自动降弓。
