Abstract

本实用新型涉及液化气体半挂车领域。具体地说涉及一种液化气体半挂车V型支座装置。
背景技术
现有的液化气体半挂车V型支座装置由V型支座和垫板构成，V型支座焊接在垫板上，罐体与垫板相连，其不足之处在于：使用垫板增加了半挂车自重，同时焊接量大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有液化气体半挂车V型支座装置上述之不足，而提供一种可减自重的液化气体半挂车V型支座。
本实用新型由V型支座、前堵板和后堵板构成，前堵板和后堵板分别焊接在V型支座的前端和后端。本实用新型的优点是：
1、取消原V型支座装置的垫板，可减重，同时减少焊接工作量，缩短加工时间，提高单位时间生产效率。
2、在V型支座两端添加堵板，可降低V型支座两端与罐体连接处的局部应力，优化性能，使用更安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型由V型支座1、前堵板2和后堵板3构成，前堵板2和后堵板3分别焊接在V型支座1的前端和后端。使用时将V型支座、前堵板2和后堵板与罐体4焊接即可。
