本实用新型涉及电池制造领域,具体涉及一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池是锂电池发展而来,锂电池的正极材料是二氧化锰或亚硫酰氯,负极是锂,电池组装完成后电池即有电压,不需充电,这种电池也可以充电,但循环性能不好,在充放电循环过程中,容易形成锂枝晶,造成电池内部短路,所以一般情况下这种电池是禁止充电的。后来,出现了以炭材料为负极,以含锂的化合物作正极的锂电池,在充放电过程中,没有金属锂存在,只有锂离子,这就是锂离子电池。锂离子电池包括电池外壳、正极、负极、隔膜以及有机电解液。当对电池进行充电时,电池的正极上有锂离子生成,生成的锂离子经过电解液运动到负极,而作为负极的碳呈层状结构,它有很多微孔,达到负极的锂离子就嵌入到碳层的微孔中,嵌入的锂离子越多,充电容量越高。同样,当对电池进行放电时即我们使用电池的过程,嵌在负极碳层中的锂离子脱出,又运动回正极,回正极的锂离子越多,放电容量越高。但是现有的动力锂离子电池在放电时电流阻抗比较大,并且结构复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,能够减低放电时电流阻抗,并且结构简单,成本低。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,包括壳体、壳体上盖、壳体底盖,所述壳体内设有卷芯,所述壳体上盖上设有正极柱、负极柱,所述卷芯上端设有与负极柱对应的负极集流圈,所述卷芯下端设有与正极柱对应的正极集流圈。负极集流圈与负极柱之间的距离减小,有利于电池在放电时降低电流阻抗。
作为优选,所述负极柱与负极集流圈通过设有的负极连接片连接,所述正极柱与正极集流圈通过设有的正极连接片连接。
作为优选,所述负极连接片与正极连接片之间设有隔膜。
作为优选,所述卷芯内设有绝缘套,所述负极连接片与正极连接片均设在绝缘套内。
作为优选,所述壳体上盖上设有注液装置。
作为优选,所述壳体上盖与壳体之间、壳体底盖与壳体之间设有塑料加固件。使得连接牢靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,包括壳体6、壳体上盖13、壳体底盖11,所述壳体6内设有卷芯10,所述壳体上盖13上设有正极柱3、负极柱1,所述卷芯10上端设有与负极柱1对应的负极集流圈5,所述卷芯10下端设有与正极柱3对应的正极集流圈12。所述负极柱1与负极集流圈5通过设有的负极连接片8连接,所述正极柱3与正极集流圈12通过设有的正极连接片7连接。所述负极连接片8与正极连接片7之间设有隔膜14。所述卷芯10内设有绝缘套9,所述负极连接片8与正极连接片7均设在绝缘套9内。所述壳体上盖13上设有注液装置2。所述壳体上盖13与壳体6之间、壳体底盖11与壳体6之间设有塑料加固件4。如图2所示,负极集流圈5上通过镍带采用超声波焊接有电池的负极极耳15。
本实用新型所述的一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池结构简单,组装时,先在卷芯10内放入绝缘套9,再将负极集流圈5与负极连接片8、正极集流圈12与正极连接片7通过超声波或激光分别焊接,再放入卷芯10内,中间用隔膜14隔开,再将组装好的卷芯10放入壳体6内,盖上壳体上盖13和壳体底盖11,用塑料加固件4加固,塑料加固件4是采用强力胶或超声波焊接,然后在壳体上盖13上装上正极柱3、负极柱1以及注液装置2,同时正极柱3与正极连接片7旋接,负极柱1与负极连接片8旋接,正极柱3、负极柱1以及注液装置2与壳体上盖13之间用强力密封胶加固,最后向注液装置2内注入有机电解液即可,组装方便,制造成本低。壳体6与壳体上盖13、壳体底盖11采用普通的机械封口,无需激光焊接,节约了设备成本。

1.一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,包括壳体(6)、壳体上盖(13)、壳体底盖(11),所述壳体(6)内设有卷芯(10),所述壳体上盖(13)上设有正极柱(3)、负极柱(1),其特征在于:所述卷芯(10)上端设有与负极柱(1)对应的负极集流圈(5),所述卷芯(10)下端设有与正极柱(3)对应的正极集流圈(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述负极柱(1)与负极集流圈(5)通过设有的负极连接片(8)连接,所述正极柱(3)与正极集流圈(12)通过设有的正极连接片(7)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述负极连接片(8)与正极连接片(7)之间设有隔膜(14)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种椭圆形动力锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述卷芯(10)内设有绝缘套(9),所述负极连接片(8)与正极连接片(7)均设在绝缘套(9)内。
