本实用新型属于变速器领域,尤其是涉及变速机构的伺服装置-制动器。
背景技术
电动汽车电能量有限,尽量节约能源,若用传统液压系统控制制动器,将会损失很多能量且生产成本成高。传统液压系统的自适应能力在一定时间内很可靠,但过了一段时间性能很快下降,不能自动补偿。另外,传统液力制动器修理和更换困难,要求修理人员素质高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小、便于布置、成本低、结构简单、维修方便、控制简单的电机和双丝杠组合式制动器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电机和双丝杠组合式制动器,其特征在于:动力输出丝杠通过齿轮减速机构连接传动丝杠,传动丝杠螺纹连接压盘,压盘外侧连接壳体,压盘在壳体内可作轴向移动,卡环卡在壳体圆周的卡槽内固定,钢片可在壳体内轴向移动,回位弹簧固定在钢片上,摩擦片夹在两钢片之间。
本实用新型体积小、便于布置、成本低、结构简单、维修方便、控制简单。

具体实施方式
参照附图,制动时:电机转动带动动力输出丝杠1,通过由齿轮2、齿轮3、齿轮4构成的齿轮减速机构带动传动丝杆6转动,压盘5向左平动,克服回位弹簧10,使钢片8、9夹紧摩擦片至左侧卡环11、12,从而摩擦片7连接的转动元件停止转动,13是壳体。
释放时:电机反转,推压盘右移,回位弹簧将钢片分开,转动元件和摩擦片转动。
控制系统通过监测电机内的电流知压盘与钢片之间的接触压力。
