Abstract
带搅拌刀头的自吸泵,是由泵体、搅拌刀头、泵壳所组成。在底板上设置有泵体,泵体左端设置有进液管,进液管上设置有电控阀,泵体右端设置有出液管,出液管上端设置有止回阀;泵体内腔设置有泵壳,泵壳内腔设置有套在轴上的叶轮,轴的下顶端设置有带内螺纹的搅拌刀头,泵体上端与支架联接,联接处设置有密封室,密封室内设置有套在轴上的密封叶轮;所述的支架上设置有电机。本实用新型适用于大颗粒、塑料纤维状等厂区、生活污水的工况场合。采用无堵塞叶轮、宽流道有效克服了传统自吸泵易堵塞、缠绕、卡死叶轮的缺点,使自吸泵具备了高效、防堵塞的优越功能。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及到泵,特别是涉及到一种带搅拌刀头的自吸泵。
背景技术:目前,传统的自吸泵因采用普通离心式叶轮设计,叶片数较多、前后盖板形成的流道空间较小,不能顺畅吸入、排出污水中大颗粒、塑料纤维状等物,不能满足污水处理、排放的工况要求,使自吸泵的市场应用受到限制。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种带搅拌刀头的自吸泵,它能很好地克服传统的自吸泵所存在的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,带搅拌刀头的自吸泵,是由泵体、搅拌刀头、泵壳所组成,其特征在于:底板上设置有泵体,泵体左端设置有进液管,进液管上设置有电控阀,泵体右端设置有出液管,出液管上端设置有止回阀;泵体内腔设置有泵壳,泵壳内腔设置有套在轴上的叶轮,轴的下顶端设置有带内螺纹的搅拌刀头,泵体上端与支架联接,联接处设置有密封室,密封室内设置有套在轴上的密封叶轮;所述的支架上设置有电机。本实用适用于大颗粒、塑料纤维状等厂区、生活污水的工况场合。采用无堵塞叶轮、宽流道有效克服了传统自吸泵易堵塞、缠绕、卡死叶轮的缺点,使自吸泵具备了高效、防堵塞的优越功能。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明;
带搅拌刀头的自吸泵,是由泵体2、搅拌刀头3、泵壳4所组成,其特征在于:底板1上设置有泵体2,泵体2左端设置有进液管5,进液管5上设置有电控阀13,泵体2右端设置有出液管7,出液管7上端设置有止回阀9;泵体2内腔设置有泵壳4,泵壳4内腔设置有套在轴上的叶轮6,轴的下顶端设置有带内螺纹的搅拌刀头3,泵体2上端与支架11联接,联接处设置有密封室10,密封室10内设置有套在轴上的密封叶轮8;所述的支架11上设置有电机12。具体实施时,采用无堵塞叶轮、宽流道涡室的设计,吸口下方设置带内螺纹的搅拌刀头旋紧在轴上,具有搅拌、切碎功能,使污水中大颗粒、塑料纤维状物能顺畅吸入、排出,保证了自吸泵在恶劣工况条件下正常工作。与传统自吸泵相比,降低了使用、维护成本,提高了生产效率。

1.带搅拌刀头的自吸泵,是由泵体(2)、搅拌刀头(3)、泵壳(4)所组成,其特征在于:底板(1)上设置有泵体(2),泵体(2)左端设置有进液管(5),进液管(5)上设置有电控阀(13),泵体(2)右端设置有出液管(7),出液管(7)上端设置有止回阀(9);泵体(2)内腔设置有泵壳(4),泵壳(4)内腔设置有套在轴上的叶轮(6),轴的下顶端设置有带内螺纹的搅拌刀头(3),泵体(2)上端与支架(11)联接,联接处设置有密封室(10),密封室(10)内设置有套在轴上的密封叶轮(8);所述的支架(11)上设置有电机(12)。
