本实用新型涉及一种反应釜挡板，特别是一种开式搪玻璃反应釜挡板。
背景技术：
目前，我国在化工生产中，为了提高反应釜搅拌的混合与分散效果，一般采用提高搅拌转速的方法，而锚式搅拌转速很难增加到100转/分以上，再就是在反应釜内增加挡板，提高混合与分散效果，而反应釜挡板是设置在罐盖上面，如果增加挡板数量，就减少了罐盖上的开孔数量，影响管路安装。
发明内容：
本实用新型所要解决的是提供一种结构设计合理，能有效提高混合与分散效果的开式搪玻璃反应釜挡板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种开式搪玻璃反应釜挡板，其特征在于密封连接面内壁上固定连接至少3个挡板的上端，挡板的下端固定连接支撑圈。
本实用新型的一个最佳实施方案为：挡板最佳为4个。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
由于采用密封连接面内壁上固定连接至少3个挡板的上端，挡板的下端固定连接支撑圈的连结形式，因而结构简单、设计合理、实用方便、有效提高混合与分散效果。

具体实施方式：
密封连接面1内壁上固定连接挡板2的上端，挡板2最佳为4个，挡板2的下端固定连接支撑圈3。
使用时，将本实用新型置入搪玻璃反应釜罐盖与罐体密封法兰之间，只需增加一个密封垫，用罐夹固定，无需对搪玻璃反应釜改造，无需提高搅拌转速，就能够提高搪玻璃反应釜搅拌的混合与分散效果。
