Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型白色光源,包括有基座,基座上安装蓝色LED光源,有灯罩罩在蓝色LED光源外,灯罩上涂有荧光粉层。本实用新型采用丝印技术将荧光粉均匀的涂在灯罩上,蓝色LED光源发出的光经过灯罩上的荧光粉折射后,可以发出均匀的白光。本实用新型生产工艺简单,并且整个灯泡发出的白光色泽一致,具有较好的白光照明效果。

本实用新型涉及LED灯领域,具体为一种新型白色光源。
背景技术
传统生产的白光LED大部分是通过在蓝光LED上覆盖一层淡黄色荧光粉涂层制成的,这种黄色磷光体通常是透过把掺了铈的钇-铝-镓晶体磨成粉末后,混合在一种稠密的黏合剂中而制成的。具体制作方式是将蓝色的发光体,点结在一个很小的灯杯中,然后在蓝色的发光体上覆盖一层淡黄色荧光粉涂层。这种白色光源的制作方法会面临局部温度过高,生产工艺复杂,白光发光一致性不均匀等问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型白色光源,以解决传统的白光LED生产所面对的局部温度过高、生产工艺复杂、白光发光一致性不均匀的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种新型白色光源,包括有基座,基座上安装有一个或多个蓝色LED光源,有安装在基座上的灯罩罩在所述蓝色LED光源外,其特征在于:所述灯罩的内表面涂有荧光粉层;或者灯罩的外表面涂有荧光粉层;或者灯罩的内、外表面均涂有荧光粉层。
本实用新型中,将蓝色LED光源固定在一个空间里,外面加上灯罩,然后采用丝印技术将荧光粉均匀的涂在灯罩上,蓝色LED光源发出的光经过灯罩上的荧光粉折射后,可以发出均匀的白光。本实用新型生产工艺简单,并且整个灯泡发出的白光色泽一致,具有较好的白光照明效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2及图3所示。一种新型白色光源,包括有基座1,基座1上安装有一个或多个蓝色LED光源2,蓝色LED光源2可以为圆头的,或者平头的;也可以采用封胶LED,或者是铝基片式LED。有安装在基座1上的灯罩3罩在蓝色LED光源2外,灯罩3可以是任意形状。灯罩3的内表面涂有荧光粉层4;或者灯罩3的外表面涂有荧光粉层4;或者灯罩3的内、外表面均涂有荧光粉层4。

1.一种新型白色光源,包括有基座,基座上安装有一个或多个蓝色LED光源,有安装在基座上的灯罩罩在所述蓝色LED光源外,其特征在于:所述灯罩的内表面涂有荧光粉层;或者灯罩的外表面涂有荧光粉层;或者灯罩的内、外表面均涂有荧光粉层。
