本实用新型属于安全开关领域,特别是利用磁性控制的磁簧开关。
背景技术
目前应用于煤矿及与其类似存在有爆炸性混合物的危险场所的无线通信基站,均采用远程统一供电,应煤矿井下及其它使用现场的环境需要,各基站均分布于使用场所的不同区域,且多数距离其统一供电设备较远(3km-5km);各基站不具备安全的单体断电机制,在任一基站发生故障或需维护更换组件时,均需从供电设备端切断全部组网设备或某一路若干设备的供电,方可在符合现场安全规定的前提下对故障设备进行现场开盖维护和检修,给设备的维护和检修造成不便,同时也影响了组网内其它设备正常工作,使整体或局部通信中断;如存在违章作业,在未断电情况下对设备进行带电开盖的操作,会在开关处产生游离电子、电弧等,可能会引爆爆炸性混合物酿成安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术中现有单独基站不具备单独断电的缺点,提供一种能使各基站单独断电的磁簧开关。
实现本实用新型的技术方案如下:
磁簧开关,该开关包括旋钮组件、永磁体和磁簧开关组件,旋钮组件设置在隔爆外壳上,永磁体设置在隔爆外壳内的旋钮组件的端部,磁簧开关组件在隔爆外壳内部电路中设置于永磁体的正面,磁簧开关组件上设置有干簧管。
所述的旋钮组件包括机械旋钮、转轴与旋转板,机械旋钮在隔爆外壳外部设置于转轴的一端,旋转板在隔爆外壳内部设置于转轴的另一端,所述的永磁体固定于旋转板上。
所述的旋钮组件还包括旋钮罩,机械旋钮设置在旋钮罩内。
采用上述技术方案,磁簧开关,该开关包括旋钮组件、永磁体和磁簧开关组件,永磁体固定在旋钮组件的端部,旋转旋钮组件就能旋转永磁体的位置,磁簧开关组件在永磁体的正面,磁簧开关组件上设置有干簧管,当永磁体旋转到干簧管的位置时,干簧管所在的电路接通电源,整个基站设备就能运行,当永磁体离开干簧管时,干簧管由自身特性断开其所在电路的电源,达到控制目的,在控制的过程中不产生游离的电子和电弧,不会引发安全问题。本实用新型有益好处是方便了设备的维修和检查维护,提高了工作效率和工作的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,磁簧开关用于隔爆外壳7内部电路的电源控制,磁簧开关由旋钮组件、永磁体6和磁簧开关组件组成,旋钮组件包括机械旋钮1、转轴4、旋转板2与旋钮罩5,机械旋钮1在隔爆外壳7外固定于转轴4端部,旋转版2在隔爆外壳7内部固定于转轴4另一端,旋钮罩5固定于隔爆外壳7外壁上,机械旋钮1设置在旋钮罩5内,永磁体固定在旋转板2上,磁簧开关组件在隔爆外壳7内部电路中设置于永磁体6的正面,磁簧开关组件上设置有干簧管3。如图2所示,磁簧开关10应用于基站系统控制中,该磁簧开关通过磁性的吸引断开来控制开关的开启关闭,当旋转机械旋钮1时就能旋转变换永磁体6与磁簧开关组件的相对位置,这样当永磁体6与磁簧开关组件上的干簧管3相对时,通过永磁体6对干簧管3吸引力使干簧管所在基站功能电路9与供电及控制系统8接通,当永磁体6离开干簧管3时,干簧管3由于自身特性断开所在电路的电源,这个开启、闭合过程不是电连接开闭过程,安全性高。

1.磁簧开关,其特征在于:该开关包括旋钮组件、永磁体和磁簧开关组件,旋钮组件设置在隔爆外壳上,永磁体设置在隔爆外壳内的旋钮组件的端部,磁簧开关组件在隔爆外壳内部电路中设置于永磁体的正面,磁簧开关组件上设置有干簧管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁簧开关,其特征在于:所述的旋钮组件包括机械旋钮、转轴与旋转板,机械旋钮在隔爆外壳外部设置于转轴的一端,旋转板在隔爆外壳内部设置于转轴的另一端,所述的永磁体固定于旋转板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁簧开关,其特征在于:所述的旋钮组件还包括旋钮罩,机械旋钮设置在旋钮罩内。
