本实用新型属于钢铁厂生产中使用的棒材摆放整理装置，特别是一种棒材自动布钢器。
背景技术
在生产棒材过程中，成品棒材由三段链落入定尺收集装置(料筐)中，由于料筐具有一定深度和宽度，成品的定尺棒材在进入料筐中会产生交叉，致使棒捆外表不美观(端头不齐、棒捆不圆、单根棒材折弯)，同时影响棒材最终成品质量。一般情况下如果重新整理需要拆散棒捆，并重新放到三段链再进入料筐，处理时间长，并且不一定能达到理想的效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种棒材自动布钢器，其结构简单，易于生产制造，能够有序可控地将棒材整齐地堆放入棒材定尺收集装置内，使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种棒材自动布钢器，包括伸缩液压缸，该布钢器还包括一支撑架，在支撑架的上部铰接着一上摆臂架，上摆臂架的下端伸至棒材定尺收集装置中，棒材定尺收集装置位于上摆臂架下方，该布钢器还包括一下摆臂架，下摆臂架上端铰接在棒材输送装置的出料端，下摆臂架的下端伸至棒材定尺收集装置中，所说的伸缩液压缸活塞杆自由端与下摆臂架的中部架体铰接在一起，上、下摆臂架的下端相互靠近。
本实用新型使用时，在棒材定尺进入布钢器后，伸缩液压缸做往复摆动带动下摆臂架摆动，棒材被上、下摆臂架夹持住，这样可以有效地控制棒材的落入点位置，防止棒材因以往自由落入棒材收集装置内而出现的端头不齐、棒捆不圆、单根棒材折弯等缺陷。本实用新型利用棒材自身的重力使棒材有规律的、可控制地摆放进入棒材收集装置(料筐)内，确保棒材摆放整齐，使棒捆外观整齐，保障成品质量。
本实用新型结构简单，易于生产制造，能够有序可控地将棒材整齐地堆放入棒材定尺收集装置内，使用方便。

具体实施方式
一种棒材自动布钢器，如附图所示，包括伸缩液压缸4，伸缩液压缸4为电控液压缸。该布钢器还包括一支撑架2，支撑架2布置在棒材收集装置1旁边。在支撑架2的上部铰接着一上摆臂架3，上摆臂架3的下端伸至棒材定尺收集装置1中，棒材定尺收集装置1位于上摆臂架3下方。该布钢器还包括一下摆臂架5，下摆臂架5上端铰接在棒材输送装置6的出料端，下摆臂架5的下端伸至棒材定尺收集装置1中。所说的伸缩液压缸4活塞杆自由端与下摆臂架5的中部架体铰接在一起，上、下摆臂架3、5的下端相互靠近。
所说的上、下摆臂架3、5均呈门字形，这样既重量轻，又能够方便地对棒材进行夹持控位。
本实用新型结构简单，易于生产制造，能够有序可控地将棒材整齐地堆放入棒材定尺收集装置1内，使用方便。

1.一种棒材自动布钢器，包括伸缩液压缸，其特征是：该布钢器还包括一支撑架，在支撑架的上部铰接着一上摆臂架，上摆臂架的下端伸至棒材定尺收集装置中，棒材定尺收集装置位于上摆臂架下方，该布钢器还包括一下摆臂架，下摆臂架上端铰接在棒材输送装置的出料端，下摆臂架的下端伸至棒材定尺收集装置中，所说的伸缩液压缸活塞杆自由端与下摆臂架的中部架体铰接在一起，上、下摆臂架的下端相互靠近。
