节能汤面两用锅是一种新型煮面锅。它由不锈钢板做材料并由锅外体(1)、锅内体(2)组成。锅内体由水锅(3)和汤锅(4)组成。锅外体由入气口(5)、排烟口(6)、加水漏斗(7)、排水阀门(8)、排气口(9)组成。本实用新型解决了当前锅灶在使用过程中能源的浪费，剩用水循环原理收集燃气余温，使燃气使用效率大大提高。结束了面馆没有适合煮面煮汤和二为一又节能的整体厨具历史。既节省能源又干净卫生，美观大方，占用空间小，提高了工作效率，适合饭店、抻面馆、流动经营等场地厂所。本锅具有换水升温快，节能卫生，隔热性能好等优点。

1技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用品中用来煮面煮汤的锅具，适合各个饭店、中小餐馆、拉面馆、流动经营等场所使用。 
2背景技术
本锅改变了以往汤锅和水锅分别用两个炉灶加热占用空间大、用铁桶做支架上锈发黑、炉灶容易烫伤工作人员、煮面水浑换水升温慢、汤锅加水开锅慢等缺点，具有美观大方节能实用等特点。 
3发明内容
锅体用不锈钢作材料制成具有上下水循环的锅外体(1)，做成一个型似鸳鸯锅的桶做锅内体(2)。锅内体与外体之间有间隔，使加热灶能对锅内体全方位加热。锅内体可旋转，可按要求对水锅(3)或汤锅(4)重点加热。锅外体有入气口(5)和排烟口(6)，入气口处有加热灶，排烟口高于入气口处于锅外体上部，形成一个加热通道。锅外体还留有加水漏斗(7)、排水阀门(8)和排气口(9)，加水漏斗伸入锅外体底部(10)，当凉水从上边的加水漏斗进入锅外体底部，凉水经炉灶余温加热从上部排水阀门流出，形成一个加热水循环。热水可加入锅内体的水锅或汤锅，也可做他用。加热主要用燃气灶，也可用柴油灶或煤灶。
