本实用新型涉及蓄电池连接导线,尤其在绝缘和对安全性能要求高的场所使用的一种连接导线。包括金属导线、接头、紧固件,其特征在于:在金属导线的接头上有端子孔,在端子孔内有紧固件,金属导线外包有绝缘橡胶,接头的周边包绝缘橡胶,紧固件的上表面外包有绝缘橡胶。其特征在于:紧固件的上表面的外包绝缘橡胶的高度与金属导线和接头上的绝缘橡胶高度一致。本实用新型的优点是在能够保持电池间导电性能卓越的同时既能防止外部短路又能方便安装且美观实用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及蓄电池连接导线,尤其在绝缘和对安全性能要求高的场所使用的一种连接导线。 
背景技术
目前,通用的蓄电池连接导线端头与蓄电池端子连接处紧固件与端子均暴露于空气中,外界导电装置极易造成蓄电池与外部短路。对于高压环境中极易对人身安全及设备造成安全事故隐患。因此设计一种新型的蓄电池连接导线是解决上述问题的关键所在。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中蓄电池连接导线端头与蓄电池端子连接处紧固件与端子均暴露于空气中所存在的上述问题,提供一种铅酸蓄电池连接线。本实用新型设计铅酸蓄电池连接线,包括金属导线、接头、紧固件,其特征在于:在金属导线的接头上有端子孔,在端子孔内有紧固件,金属导线外包有绝缘橡胶,接头的周边包绝缘橡胶,紧固件的上表面外包有绝缘橡胶。其特征在于:紧固件的上表面的外包绝缘橡胶的高度与金属导线和接头上的绝缘橡胶高度一致。本实用新型的优点是在能够保持电池间导电性能卓越的同时既能防止外部短路又能方便安装且美观实用。

具体实施方式
图1至5中,包括金属导线、接头、紧固件,其特征在于:在金属导线的接头上有端子孔,在端子孔内有紧固件,金属导线外包有绝缘橡胶,接头的周边包绝缘橡胶,紧固件的上表面外包有绝缘橡胶。其特征在于:紧固件的上表面的外包绝缘橡胶的高度与金属导线和接头上的绝缘橡胶高度一致。 
由于紧固件连接蓄电池端子后其外包绝缘橡胶与金属导线的外包绝缘橡胶高度相同,因此整个金属导线、接头及紧固件完全被绝缘橡胶包住不外露。当人和其它导电物品接触,不会出现触电或使电池外部短路事故的发生。蓄电池导线包封绝缘橡胶以后,使导线外型更加美观。

1.铅酸蓄电池连接线,包括金属导线、接头、紧固件,其特征在于:在金属导线的接头上有端子孔,在端子孔内有紧固件,金属导线外包有绝缘橡胶,接头的周边包绝缘橡胶,紧固件的上表面外包有绝缘橡胶。
2.按权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池连接线,其特征在于:紧固件的上表面的外包绝缘橡胶的高度与金属导线和接头上的绝缘橡胶高度一致。
